Better late than never, and better thawed than frozen.

Dave's last-day holiday hunt doe is headed for the freezer. We had the Hamburg Show, shop remodeling, and Wild Game Dinner, and today is our first day off to tackle this last processing project together. Thank goodness she was frozen solid for a while.

For those of you who didn't delay and got your tickets to our SOLD OUT event, here's what we're looking forward to for dinner tonight!

This morning, I was talking with our son about the event and my expectations for his behavior and things that he can expect to help with. In the midst of it, he says, "I'm just in it for the food." 🤣
