This handsome boy is Chandler. He LOVES this cat tower in the cat room, so we recommend whoever adopts him definitely get a tall cat tree. He's got a playful side and is so adorable. Chandler seems to enjoy basking in the sunshine. Lounging around is his forte for sure. He's a little timid but he's also only been here a month so is still getting used to his new surroundings. We hope he finds a home before all that anyway. He is 6 years old and weighs 10.32 lb.

One of the reasons a lot of our FeLV+ cats are so social is because the people that have surrendered them loved them so much. But sometimes the difficult decision has to be made to surrender because they already have other cats that are negative. What these cats experience during their rescue is kindness, compassion, and love. They hold onto that. Once they are here they go to our most visited room. There are people that specifically visit just to spend time with them. But nothing in this world can emulate the love they would feel in a home.

Static has been here since November. He's so perfect with his huge head and his friendly personality. If you have other FeLV+ cats, you're in luck. Static is a friend to all. He's ready for furever. Static is 3 years old and weighs 13.5 lb.

Cinnamon is contemplating coming out of hibernation. We explained to her that dogs don’t hibernate. Of course, she disagreed and argued until we told her that animals don’t eat during true hibernation. She quickly changed her mind and agreed to napping frequently. If you would like to nap with Cinnamon between meals, please visit her at our adoption center and consider taking her home forever!

If Tillie looks at you like this, you're about to get bopped! It's only because she thinks everything, including humans, is a toy. This girl is a load of laughs! She would do best in a home with a family that isn't going to torment her but likes a lot of playtime. She would like to live in a home with children over 13 that will understand sometimes she doesn't want affection. At times though, she is a sweet cuddle bug. It only lasts a couple minutes though. Just long enough to make you fall in love with her forever. Tillie is only 3 years old and weighs more than a bag of potatoes.

Keaton is about 3-4 years old. He is happy to be out of the puppy mill barn and out with lots of friends! He will need to learn all the things about being a domestic family dog, so patience is key with this big, fuzzy boy. He is 47 pounds of hair and happiness! When a kitten is born with FeLV, they have a high probability of having a short life. It is possible you will be one of the lucky ones and spend a few years with them, but it's also good to be prepared. We are looking for someone that has the heart to love them anyway. This is Backpack (brown tabby male) and Crayon (torbie female) and they are brother and sister. They've never been apart, so we are bonding them are requiring they are adopted together. We want you to know that right now, they are doing perfectly fine. They romp around with each other and love playing with toys. Backpack is the more social one while Crayon will flop over for belly rubs if you give her some love. They've already spent 7 months waiting. It's been long enough. They should not live out their lives here. They can live with dogs and other FeLV+ cats.

This week's Wish List Weds is urgent!! We have 12 bags of dry dog food left. That may sound like a lot, but when you're feeding over 120 dogs, it breaks down like this: The average dog eats 2 2/3 cups of food per day. 1 30 lb. bag of dog food is 120 cups. This means we will run out in 4 days!!! We also use 3 cases of puppy food per day and we only have 14 cases. So also only 4 days! Changing a dog's (or any animal for that matter) diet suddenly can cause all sorts of problems, so it just isn't an option. And lastly, our clinic is in desperate need of distilled water. Distilled water is expensive on Amazon (as is any human food) so if you can send from another store, we'll put our address below. Please help if you can!

Kira has all the beauty needed to be a photographer's favorite. We have no idea how such a gorgeous kitty has been waiting 5 months for a family. She was transported from another rescue back in August and has been waiting patiently.

Kira loves to lounge. We can just imagine her laying next to her new human on a rainy day just binge watching some Netflix. She's perfectly happy to just sit there while you pet her, purring her little head off. Kira has a deformed right leg. We are unsure if she was born with it or if she sustained some sort of injury in life. She does limp a bit, but gets around great. Despite this deformity, she remains a beautiful little cat with mesmerizing eyes and is ready for furever. Kira is a senior cat at 8+ years old.

Olive is only about seven months old and is not very fond of this cold weather. She would like to find a snuggle buddy to stay warm with. She is only 33 pounds and will fit perfectly on your couch, under your blanket.

There was a time when declawing was a normal and accepted procedure, and Irwin is from that time. He is 10+ years old and is a 4-paw-declaw. It's causing him some pain in his old age and we've been trying different things to help him. Although he has no claws, the scratching post pictured must go with him. He loves rubbing on it and pawing at it. Irwin isn't always in a good mood. You wouldn't be either if you had that pain. When he is in a good mood though, he's such a sweetheart. He'll rub on you and purr.

Because of his age and need to be left alone sometimes, he probably would do best in a more mature home with children over 13. Irwin needs a soft couch to enjoy his retirement on.

This is not a look of fear, but a laser focus on the wonderful feather toy Chloe has just discovered! She followed it left to right, up and down, never taking her eyes off it. A little pat pat here and there to show she was ready to play! Chloe is a super sweet girl that is a bit shy but definitely a cuddle bug. She's been waiting for a family since December. Little Chloe would love to be your buddy. She's 5 years old and weighs 13.78 lb.
