We kicked things off with a delicious brunch at 🥂🥞☕🍳—complete with great food and fresh air on their gorgeous outdoor patio. Then we took the fun up a notch with non-stop pinball at 🥳🎉—nostalgia, competition, and a lot of laughs!

Welcome Dr. Katherine Schelble!
Dr. Schelble is excited to return to her hometown of Alameda and join the team at Providence Veterinary Hospital & Clinic! A proud graduate of Encinal High School (Go Jets!), Dr. Schelble earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison before pursuing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of California, Davis. After completing her studies, she began practicing in Oakland and is delighted to now be back in the community she calls home.
When not caring for pets at the clinic, Dr. Schelble enjoys hiking with her dog, Moto, reading with her cat, Nox, and challenging herself with fun runs and the occasional attempt at surfing. She is passionate about helping local families and their beloved pets, and she looks forward to meeting you and your furry companions!

🌟 What an unforgettable day for the Providence Vet Hospital & Clinic team and our families! 🌞 We had the pleasure of a group team outing exploring the beautiful Oakland Zoo, soaking in the sunshine and marveling at the incredible animals. 🐘🦒

With a very special thank you to Dr. Alex Herman, VP of Veterinary Services at the Oakland Zoo, for providing us with personalized tours of the zoo’s veterinary hospital. 🏥 Your insights and passion for animal care made our visit truly special. 🙌🐾

From the majestic lions to the playful primates, we loved every moment of this amazing adventure. Here’s to celebrating the bond we share with animals and the incredible work being done in zoos and hospitals alike! ❤️
