The pretty parts of fall flashed by us so fast here in New Mexico. We saw the leaves change, then it got cold fast and then they fell… we got snow, it melted, and now stick season is here.

One of my favorite things about living in New Mexico is that we get all four seasons. Some might be shorter than others, or you might have to drive a little to experience them, but they all visit us here.

Fall is beautiful, and you can see all the colors here if you know where to look.

Patiently-ish waiting for those cooler fall temps to get here. We’re still in the 90s during the day 🥵 We’re all just ready for pretty leaves, cozy cuddles, and adventures without face melting sun and bugs!

Beach trips are the best trips. I’m still going through all the pics and videos from this year’s trip, but this is one of my faves so far.

Del Mar dog beach is Fe’s favorite because there are rocks on the beach and climbing rocks is one of her favorite activities.

…and that is OKAY! Enrichment doesn’t have to be strenuous, difficult, or time consuming. You dog appreciates it, even if it’s just a sniffari at your local pet store. The girls had the best time sniffing their way through @simplydiegos while we shopped for their food. It fulfilled their needs and made them happy, even though we’ve been stuck at home bc I have been so sick lately.
