**This was his before picture and I completely forgot for to take an after picture when we were done with his bath and deshed.

The title for Big Dog Grooming’s biggest dog now belongs to this guy! Pictures don’t do him justice! He is a one year old St. Bernard/Newfoundland and the definition of a gentle giant!

We are in the middle of some exciting renovations in the grooming van! Our dog, Ellie, tested out the new, easyentry shower and approved. ☺️ Still lots of work to do but excited to get it finished!

This is the aftermath of a really good de-shedding!! Everything in the trailer was covered with a layer of hair. 👍 The swept pile was less than half of the hair cleaned up! 😄

Hello friends and clients! I need some helping finding an amazing pup a home. Here’s the backstory…

About a week ago I was up in the Fargo area at a friends place when a random guy pulled into the yard. He got out of his pickup and said “I have no idea where I am or what I’m doing here but I’ve just been driving and something told me to pull into your yard”. The owner of the place asked what he meant and he continued..”I came out in the country to put my dog down and my gun misfired”. At this point he was very upset and crying. To sum up the long story, we now have had the dog for a week and have started looking for a home for him.

He is a 9 year old Italian Jack Russel named Jasper and he is cool as a cucumber! Do not let his breed fool you, he is not hyper and he does not bark. He is actually quite lazy and the only time he has ever barked is when someone knocked on the door! He is very house trained and you don’t even notice he is around. Our kids love him and he really enjoys snuggling with them! The only thing is that he could loose a couple pounds but with rationed food he will be just fine. He has already lost a tiny bit just in the last week.

If you or anyone you know is interested in an awesome little companion, please message me. I would only ask that you take it very seriously, the last thing Jasper deserves is to be tossed around and not have a good home. The only reason we are not keeping him is because we already I’ve two.

This is the beauty and the purpose of Big Dog Grooming!!!! 🙏♥️

On Tuesday I got to do what I thought would take months to establish. I visited ONE location and groomed FIVE dogs that were all from the same immediate family! Not only was I able to help three people within the same family but I also got to give all 5 dogs a custome experience that fit them and their needs! Especially the handsome husky in the first picture. He is in his senior years and recently had a hip injury. We were able to reorganize the grooming trailer tosuit his needs and I had his owner right in the trailer with me to help support him when needed!

Huge thanks to Courtney and Molly for booking and organizing the day!

Photo dump! Today was such an amazing day! I got to finish setting up my trailer along side my dad and bathed and blew out our own two dogs, Tex and Ellie. We worked out all the kinks and identified improvements to make! What a blessing to kick off this adventure surrounded by family this weekend. Tomorrow I’ll do a full groom on my sisters dog as another trial run and I’ll be taking my first client dogs in the trailer this coming week!

Big Dog Grooming LLC is a full service mobile grooming business for dogs of ALL sizes! I strive to make the grooming process convenient for owners and stress free for the dogs! I understand and value the love you have for your dog and want grooming to be a great experience and fear free!

My goal is to be up and running by April of 2023! I will be booking appointments in specific towns which will be posted here and will also be available for events! I have 15+ years of experience in the horse world and know how many people travel with their beloved pups. Whether it’s a family reunion with everyone and their dog, rodeo, jackpot, horse show, cattle show, or anything else; I can be there to pamper your pets!

Message me for pricing and details or if you have any questions. Special pricing will be given at events or locations with multiple dogs! Services include hair cuts, bathing, blow drying and undercoat blow outs, nail trims, ear cleaning and removal of hair, cleaning paws under and between pads, heinie hygiene (expressing a**l glands, trimming hair, washing), and more. I do not have any weight limit on dogs and I will welcome the biggest of big and the smallest of small!
