According to PetAmberAlert, a lost pet finder that helps four-legged family members find their way home, animal control officials across the nation report a 30%-60% increase in lost pets each year between July 4 and 6.

Please make sure you have prepared them with calming remedies such as thunder shirts, CBD, etc. and is home safe on July 4. Consider stopping by to check your dog’s microchip, as well.

Head trainer Kevin and Annabell will be teaching the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Program beginning Tuesday, February 13 from 7-8pm for 6 weeks at . There will be an optional 7th week for testing to earn the S.T.A.R. award medal. The class will include practical information from house training to healthcare and will teach you the ins and outs of applied behavior analysis to support successfully training your puppy. It’s a super course sure to reap benefits for many years to come!
