My dad is doing a little bit better. Thank you for all the prayers to everyone who sent them! He is still paralyzed at this time to an extent but the infection is going away and he is alert!

With that being said… I will come home probably in a week or so and we have PUPPIES 🐶 my father in law is on dog duty ( we owe him big) can’t wait to see them and post pics!

2024 has thrown a lot of curves at us.
I won’t be on much in the next week or so. My dad had emergency surgery this last week and we’ve come to Indiana to be with him . He is in pretty rough shape. Long story short. He had some back pain and a spine specialist placed a tens unit in his back to see if it would help. Inside his spine where they placed it got infected. So he’s had a 20 inch pocket of infection compressing his spine for 4 days. Prior to the surgery. It’s caused him to be paralyzed in his legs and very sick from the infection. He needs all the prayers he can get. He is in critical condition and we’re believers in the power of prayer!

Some of our babies went to the groomers the other day. Shout out to our good friend at happy dogs grooming who always goes above and beyond and takes good care of us!

PSA: Have you ever tried bathing two litters of puppies in your bathtub ?? A grooming tub is sooooo much easier!

I know I have the best puppy families. I normally wouldn’t share these on this page, but this is my sweet 80 year old widowed nana. She lost her home and her whole life in this fire. My grandpa passed away in this house. They raised their family here. All her memories. She’s 80 and still works part time!
The inside of her home is burnt, with smoke damage and water damage. It’ll be demolished in the next coming weeks. She’s lived in this neighborhood for 50 years and never had problems. Her neighbors who recently moved in were doing drugs and it exploded. Catching her house on fire with theirs. They had no insurance and no jobs.
Please if you could, say a prayer and share this 💜 I can’t imagine starting over at 80.

I get asked often when to neuter, my answer always is not before a year old.

Here is a study from the university. Males no earlier than 6 months and females wait until at minimum a year.
I still say for both atlesst over a year!
