If you just run your brush along your dog’s coat you could be missing as much as 50% of their fur. That’s one reason we see so many dogs who get brushed daily still come in with matted coats, which often requires a buzz cut to resolve. LINE BRUSHING is a technique we use to make sure we are brushing the full depth of the coat. Doing this ensures you are brushing all the way down to the roots. Make sure to follow up with a diff metal comb to tease out any remaining tangles.
