We greatly appreciate those who were kind and understanding regarding our cancelled clinic today. Not everyone was.

Unfortunately, our truck broke down late and we were not able to give much notice. Our team had a very long, and emotional day just for the truck to break down on us.

Our entire team is dedicated to what we do and it's always disappointing when we have to cancel clinics.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to an unexpected mechanical failure on our mobile surgery unit, we are going to have to cancel the clinic at the Kerrtown Community Center on November 21st, 2024. THIS INCLUDES THE VACCINE CLINIC FROM 10AM TO 2PM.

If you have an appointment you should have received an email and/or a text message with information regarding this. We will provide you with a reschedule date within the next couple of days. We are looking at the second week of December, however this is not official at this time.

We understand this may be an inconvenience for you, we are doing our best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible for future clinics. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

❗❗NOTICE❗❗: We are updating our feral walk-in policy and make some minor changes. The full policy is available at https://bit.ly/fwferalwalkin.

We want to be as accessible to the community as possible, however people are taking advantage of our team and our desire to help. This causes longer days and causes burn out for our staff.

🐾Each trapper/family/rescue is limited to 3 traps per day, no matter the location.

🐾We are no longer accepting "friendly strays" as ferals. If the cat is friendly, an appointment is required. Ferals are not friendly cats.

🐾This is not a new policy, but we are making it clear that we are no longer being lenient on the carrier/dog crate policy. ALL CATS MUST BE IN HUMANE TRAPS/TRANSFER CAGES. We are able to safely anesthetize the cat in a trap/transfer cage compared to a carrier. We will turn you away if the cat is not transported appropriately. This is for staff and animal safety.
