Tomorrow, Isabella will have spent 365 days in a shelter kennel. One full year.

One year of sleeping on a cot instead of a couch.
One year of watching families walk past her, hoping—just once—someone would stop.
One year of seeing other dogs leave while she stays behind.

We don’t want tomorrow to come with Isabella still at the shelter. We don’t want to mark this heartbreaking milestone. No dog should have to wait this long for love. We have today, one last chance to change her story.

Why adopt Isabella? Because she will love you like no other. She will make you feel like the most important person in the world, because to her, you will be. She will meet you with bright eyes and a wagging tail every single day, because you’ll be the person she’s been waiting for all along.

We need to share some real talk here. The entire shelter industry is in crisis and the number of surrendered and abandoned pets is peaking once again.

In the past seven days a:

• law enforcement has evidence that a wealthy business owner abandoned a litter of puppies, that he intentionally bred and couldn’t sell, on private property and was caught on camera. We now have them. They were hungry, dirty, and unvaccinated. Charges have been filed.

•two walk-in dog returns without notice arrived.

•an elderly woman in failing health has 20 cats that need urgently taken in.

•two local residents found out that area pet stores that buy breeder puppies and sell them do not take returns under any circumstances.

• a woman surrendered her 25th animal to us. It was at risk of being abandoned and we had to do what was right for the animal.

Please stop breeding. We offer low cost spay and neuter surgeries. If you can adopt, please come see us. We have two dogs who has been with us for five months.

Wearing fur or fur trim is cruel and unnecessary, especially when quality faux-fur alternatives are almost indistinguishable from the real thing. Whether caught in steel traps in the wild or anally electrocuted after life in a cage on a fur factory farm, these animals suffer immensely. You can help....

The first time many animals experience neglect and abuse is at the animal “shelter” that is supposed to protect them from it. That is certainly true for Casey, a puppy in Conroe, TX.

“The dog, who arrived at the Conroe Animal Shelter... with a severely mangled leg, was treated with what the shelter calls 'over the counter' pain medications and was never given an E-collar to keep him from further aggravating the injury.

“The puppy sat for three days in that condition and eventually chewed off his entire lower leg…”: https://bit.ly/3WZ0vxU.

Message from Owner: Thor is not simply a dog to us, he is as out child. We are desperate and have exhausted our physical and emotional abilities, but we are still searching every hour of daylight and night! Please , PLEASE help, if found we won’t ask no questions and will reward you!

Description: Thor is on survivor mode, so at this moment we were told to be very gentle when calling him, he is scared and could ran out once spotted. Food should work, he must be hi get by now. If you can’t stop him. Please call me ASAp with the area details.
