Did you know the The Mucky Duck Pub allows dogs on their patio? You send in the human to order & find a bench outside. They will provide your pup with water & then your amazing food will be served soon after. My daisy May approves 100%. They asked first before trying to pet her, and that in my book is awesome!

We also offer waste pickup, walks, and nail trims.

When booking with Fluffs & Scales we care for your pet(s) & also your home. Worried about the trash getting down, need lights adjusted, want things cleaned? We can do that!

Our pets miss us greatly when gone, but atleast they can stay within a known environment.

It's a family business. So you'll often see my kids learning what this takes.
So let me introduce the youngest Lillian.

A teacher at Ames middle school passed on this cute costume.

Lillian aspires to be a teacher or cosmetologist. She is 11 years old. She is the family social butterfly; loves cheer, dance, and making friends.

Our lovely model is Sanchez. He feels delicious & snappy. He just turned a year old. Dachshund & a whole lot of mutt. He's such a morning dog & so cranky at night.

MICROCHIP CLINIC OCTOBER 8, 2022

Our next drive-up microchip clinic will take place on Saturday, October 8, 2022, from 8am-11am at the Ames Water Treatment Plant, 1800 E 13th St. We have a total of 60 cat and 60 dog spots available.

Microchips are just $10, which includes lifetime registration. Staff will implant the microchip and handle all the registration for you. You just need to get them to the event!

This microchip clinic is for Ames residents ONLY. To apply, please visit www.CityofAmes.org/Microchip. This allows us to verify your residency and also helps minimize paperwork on the day of the event. Once staff has processed your application, you will be able to sign up!
