Miko has arrived at Pet Supplies Plus on Niagara Falls Blvd. He is 3 years old and a brown tabby. Miko is a bit shy, but who can resist those big green eyes. Update: Misty is going to her furever home tomorrow!!!

Misty REALLY loved playing on the cat tower. She is also learning to tolerate the leash and harness. This will be helpful for an adopter who has a dog, as Misty can be in a household that has dogs. She can then participate in going on walks with the dog.

Today one of our volunteers went in right as the store opened and immediately Misty told her all about her night. She has quite the loud personality, is very unique and loves to talk. Wouldn’t you like to come home from work or going out and hear all about Misty’s adventures while you were gone. She would do best as the only cat in the house. Misty took a short walk around the store tonight. Afterwards, she ate a squeeze up and asked for lots of pets. She is such a sweetheart. Our volunteers make a commitment to a weekly shift at a certain location. At PSP NF Blvd/North French in Amherst we are in need of a Thursday morning volunteer. TLC also needs volunteers at other locations. Everyone interested should fill out our volunteer application and choose the locations you are interested in. We need volunteers to come and check on the cats. Our volunteers will tidy up their cages, feed them, and give them the love they are so desperate for. The cleaning and feeding part only takes a few minutes!

Good news today we got in Misty, she is a 4 year old Domestic Shorthair, dilute orange and brown. She is extremely shy and has to be in an only pet home. Pictures coming soon. To apply for Misty, go to www.tenlivesclub.com and submit and application. She would love to come home with someone.
