We are implementing a non refundable deposit for all Christmas grooming appointments. This is for all appointments between Dec 7th - 24th. December is our busiest time of the year with everyone wanting to get in before the holidays. We have also noticed an up tick the past couple years with last minute cancellations or rescheduling the weeks before Christmas. When this happens, there are other clients that we have turned away that may not get an appointment! All deposits must be paid by Thanksgiving or your dogs appointment will be cancelled. If it is easier, we can email you an invoice to pay online, just please reach out to a staff member! All deposits will be applied to your Christmas grooming bill! Thank you for your understanding!

Please be on the look out for a missing sweet but scared pup! She was in a car accident and took off in Lockport! She is one of our grooming babies! Please reach out to me if she is spotted at all!!! Her name is Coco. Mom is heart broken! 💔

Just a friendly reminder that we have specific drop off and pick up times for daycare for the dogs safety! There is a 2 hour window for drop off and the same for pick up. This is to insure that all dogs enter and leave, play group together. This drastically cuts down on gate guarding and "ganging up" on the new kid entering or leaving! The safety of every dog in our facility is of our upmost priority! Thank you for all your support!
