Along with our new business name, we are happy to announce we have a new website! Clients are encouraged to book pet sitting & check-in’s through our online forms. This will allow clients to provide detailed information for the care of their pets and/or property.
As we begin transitioning to our website, effective immediately, we will only be responding to Facebook messages Monday through Friday, unless the message is directly about times for meet & greets, drop off’s, pickup’s, or other services. Please allow up to three business days for a response, as we prioritize the pets in our care.

We will reach out if any questions or concerns arise with a client’s pet or property. No news is good news! Please do not message us every day asking about the well being of your pet, as it takes away from the time directly spent with the dogs, and often becomes repetitive.
If a client is late to the Paws Lodge by 10 minutes, we may not be present upon client arrival as we often need to tend to other responsibilities. For drop off’s, the client will be asked to leave their dog(s) in our waiting area. For pick-up’s, the dog(s) will be left in the waiting area for pickup.
