HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Ragen’s Pampered Pups can’t wait to see what blessings 2024 brings! Just a friendly reminder and a few things will be changing this year so please make sure to read all of the below and reach out if you have any questions or concerns!

-Payment Accepted is Cash, Check, Zelle, and Venmo. BUT If you pay with cash I will offer a discount.
-My prices will now be based on size (XS,S,M,L,XL), coat condition, time it takes, and behavior. So there might be a PRICE ADJUSTMENT for your pups!
-All clients will now be required to fill out a grooming agreement form.
-Your pups safety and comfort is my primary concern. Please advise me of any allergies, sensitivities, or pre-existing medical conditions so I can avoid aggravating these situations. Please let me know of any prior grooming history you or your pup may not have found satisfactory. I want to avoid the repetition of poor or unpleasant experiences or situations.
-I do recommend every pup be vaccinated with the recommend vaccines. You must wait 48 hours after any vaccine is given before bringing your pup to be groomed. If there are any open cuts or if your pup is sick we will have to reschedule.
-Please don’t arrive any more than 5 minutes early to your appointment unless we have discussed something different.
Likewise, your pickup time is as important for the same reason. I try to give at least a 30 minute heads up so you can start heading my way to get your pup. I kindly request you arrive and pickup at the designated times.
-There will be a non-refundable payment required in the event of canceling with fewer than 24hour notice, no show, or being more than 15 minutes past your given appointment time.
-A late fee could be added if you are more than 10 minutes late. After more than 15 minutes we will have to reschedule and this will result in a “no show” which will require payment before scheduling your next grooming appointment. I do understand life happens but upfront payment helps stabilize my schedule, and shows me that you are serious about prompt arrivals in the future. Your on-time arrival at your designated appointment time is very important as it’s to create a calm and safe environment conducive to my one-on-one practice.
-It is now mandatory for all clients to be on a revolving schedule, anywhere between 2-10 weeks. This will help with scheduling and regular grooming helps to maintain a healthy regimen for all pups. Due to the wear and tear a dogs coat would cause on my equipment, along with the bath taking longer than a well maintained dog, the price will increase for pups who do not come regularly.
-De-matting (if possible) will be $1 a minute in addition to the regular grooming fee OR the pup will receive a shave down to remove the mats. Under this circumstance a shave down is the only way for the skin to receive necessary oxygen and for new, healthy hair to grow. I will ONLY de-mat a pup IF it does not cause the pup stress, discomfort, or aggravate and cause skin problems.
-Every bath includes: luxury shampoo, blue berry facial scrub, ear cleaning and plucking if needed, paws and paw pad trim if needed, sanitary trim if needed, nail filing and buffing, a blow out, brushing, doggy cologne, and a fashion accessory.
Full service groom will include all of the above plus the haircut.
I WILL NOW BE OFFERING A POMEGRANATE PAMPERED PUP PACKAGE UPGRADE: $25
This package cleans, exfoliates, and hydrates all in one! Leaves the skin feeling refreshed with coat looking smooth and shiny (non-oily) Scrubs away dirt with exfoliating Jojoba beads which provide a deep cleansing scrub that removes dirt and dead skin, while the infused Butter and Botanical Extracts moisturize the skin and condition the coat.
This will include: luxury pomegranate shampoo, *pomegranate exfoliating butter wash with natural jojoba beads*, blue berry facial scrub, *deep cleaning paw pad tablet soak*, *grapeseed oil paw & nose revitalizer*, ear cleaning and plucking if needed, paws and paw pad trim if needed, sanitary trim if needed, nail filing and buffing, a blow out, brushing, pomegranate doggy cologne, and a fashion accessory.
Full service groom will include all of the above plus the haircut.
