Bella’s Golden Pups

This morning I took Bella to the Vet for her spay surgery. This was such a bittersweet decision for us, but we know it is the right decision for our girl! She blessed us with Lucy and 22 other families with her and Cooper’s puppies. She had 23 puppies in 14 months (we skipped one heat cycle in between litters). She’s also turning 5 years old in about a week as well. 💕 It was a blessing to help her raise her puppies in our home and watch her be the best mama ever!

We also had the sweetest surprise - her puppy Sully was also at the Vet for his check up. They wanted to play and loved seeing each other!

Dr. Hughes just called with an update that she did very well with surgery. She’s even getting up and walking around a some.

Our puppies at 7 weeks old! All eleven are doing so well and have each gained another 2-3 pounds since last week! I couldn’t get over how big their paws have gotten while trimming their nails today. 🐾🐾

We are busy preparing puppy packs! Nature's Select of the Carolinas delivered our food this morning. I appreciate them so much with helping to equip our puppy families with knowledge and help by including QR codes on the bags they prepared for our litter!

The puppies did wonderfully with their Vet appointment this morning! Everyone received their first round of shots, last round of dewormer and their health exams were all great! 🥰

Dark Pink girl went back in the pen to go potty on the potty box! Several puppies have gone back in to use the potty box voluntarily! Very exciting and rewarding to see the beginning of potty training going smoothly!
