With only a few guests in our hotel, they’re providing extra special one-on-one attention, playing in the snow, and offering warm blankets for snuggling. Their dedication and love for our pets truly shine through, and we couldn't ask for better caregivers!

To ensure the safety of our team and customers, we will be closing Daycare on Tuesday, January 7th. Our dedicated team members will still be on-site to care for our Hotel Guests.

If you have Daycare booked for Tuesday, we will cancel your reservation, and we encourage you to reschedule for another play day soon!

Additionally, our Spa services will be closed, and all booked appointments will be contacted to reschedule.

There truly are no days off when working with animals…..we chose this life, and would choose it 1000x again! Thank you to Bryan Shupe for getting out there in the storm to plow a path for our team members who are coming in to care for our Hotel guests!
In case you are wondering, the city roads although they have been plowed and treated are still incredibly dangerous and snow covered, we suggest you stay home and enjoy a snow day at home if possible!

✅ Held to higher standards regarding bacteria than dry food
✅ Quicker and less frequent recalls compared to dry food

- Major pet food companies often delay addressing issues, risking the health of thousands of pets (Hills 2019, Purina 2023).
