We now offer isopod starter kits! We will have 4 kits available for this Sunday at the West Virginia Reptile Expo.
The kits will include:
• 1 tub with 2-sided ventilation
• 2-quart bags of organic mushroom compost/sphagnum moss mix
• 1 quart bag of oak leaf litter
• 1 cup of charcoal
• several pieces of cuttle bone
• 1 cup of fir bark bedding
• 1 cup of hydrated sphagnum moss
• 1 2oz cup of isopod food

We will have a variety of isopods at the West Virginia Reptile Expo on February 23rd at the Marshall Health Network Arena in Huntington WV! We will be offering starter kits so your colony can flourish. Established colonies available (limited species) for preorder as well. Make sure you stop by and see us!

Come see us at the West Virginia Reptile Expo on January 26th at the mountain health arena! We will be set up in the main ballroom. We will have a variety of isopods and only a couple of our 2024 crested gecko hatchlings!🦎

We had a few hungry hatchlings this evening. Dairy cow isopods🐄 seem to be their favorite snack. 🍽️
Isopods are a great source of calcium for your reptile and double as a clean up crew to any bioactive habitat!
