Welcoming the big man Hank to Maple Leaf for some training this winter. Such a sweetheart and well socialized 1yr old black lab. I can’t stress enough how important socialization is for dogs and while he has some things that we’re going to be working on, I was very impressed with how well socialized his owners have made him having zero training experience and this being their first gun dog…It makes things go so much smoother for the training process when a dog is socialized to people, places, other dogs and things. Hank will be entering our conditioning Boot Camp to get him in physical shape and start working on basic gun dog program skills.

Meet Bandit!

Currently available for adoption through Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc.

Bandit is a 10yr old Husky whose owners both sadly passed away and is in need of a loving family to become a part of!

He is going to be staying with us over the holidays so he can have some extra love during Christmas and new years. He is great with the kids and other dogs. Be sure to watch for more videos and pictures of Bandit and if you’re interested in learning more about him or know someone who might be interested in adopting this cute guy, just reach out to us.

Returned this week from our trip down to Arkansas and what an amazing few days hunting Specs and Snows with some great brothers and made new friends.
Watched a few, absolute machine, retrievers doing their thing and even was able to get Chip in on the action and knock a couple species off our list together. Huge thanks to and his crew for busting their butts to put us on birds every day and for the opportunity to run my pup on some of the action. If you’re looking for the best outfitter to hunt with and the head down to the historic Arkansas area look up Luke and don’t think twice !! Thank you Chase for the awesome conversations and absolutely top-notch food ! Thanks to for putting this together and for your dedication to veterans.
