This morning this dog slipped her collar at the clinic. If anyone see her or catches her please either bring her to the shelter or call us at the clinic!

Notice of Price Adjustments at Ardmore Low Cost Spay & Neuter Clinic - Effective May 1, 2025

To our valued clients: effective May 1, 2025, prices for services at Ardmore Low Cost Spay & Neuter Clinic will increase. This adjustment applies to surgeries as well as vaccinations. This price increase will only apply to appointments MADE on or after May 1st.

The decision for this increase did not come lightly, but is in response to rising operational costs and inflation. We must ensure that we continue to offer high-quality care to our patients. We have not made a price increase in several years. This change reflects the growing cost of supplies, equipment and other essential resources.

Providing affordable care remains a priority, and this adjustment in price will help us maintain sustainable operations while still continuing to meet the needs of our community. We deeply appreciate everyone who chooses to put their trust in us as we work toward the common goal of responsible pet ownership, regardless of income.

This kitty came to Ardmore Animal Care (Animal Shelter) with a horrible leg injury that could not be repaired, so we opted to amputate. This morning after surgery she is a happy tripod kitty headed out to foster! 🥰

This sweet old girl from Ardmore Animal Care (Animal Shelter) came over today to have growths removed that were ulcerated and irritating her. They are most likely hemangiomas which are benign blood vessel tumors. Thank you for being such a good patient, Alani!

✨ Vaccine clinic ✨ Thursday, March 27th from 1-3 at our low cost spay and neuter clinic located at 321 Carol Brown Blvd.
NO APPOINTMENT IS NECESSARY!
Please note this a vaccine clinic only. Spay and neuter services can be scheduled at 580-465-6692.
Services offered: 👇🏼
Microchip - $25
Vaccines - $10 each
Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella & Feline/Distemper - animals must be 6 weeks+ to receive these vaccines
1 - year Rabies Vaccine - animals must be 4 months+ to receive this vaccine.
👉🏼ALL dogs must be leashed
- please muzzle your dogs if they do not do well in the presence of other animals or if they are aggressive.
👉🏼ALL cats must be in carriers.

With the temperatures being below freezing again tomorrow we have decided to be closed. We want to do what is best for our clients and their pets and we feel that doing surgery on them in this cold is not in their best interests. We hope you understand and please look for a phone call or text message from us to reschedule your appointment. Please stay warm and safe and we will see y’all next week!!

Just a few things:
🐾 We have recently been having some technical issues with our phones, if you have sent a text and did not receive a response, please send us another! We apologize for the lack of communication!
Technology isn’t always so awesome. 🤪
🐾We are busy during the day with clients and patients and cannot always answer the phone; if you call, please leave us a voicemail so we can return your call or send a text message! Please allow at least 3 business days for a call or text back. If you do not receive a response within that time frame, send us a friendly reminder. 💕
— Rest assured we want to provide service to everyone, so please be patient with us. We are the only low cost clinic in southern Oklahoma and we have an extremely high call volume. 📲
🐾 Due to an extremely high call volume, which is a GREAT thing, we are currently utilizing a “wait list” method rather than scheduling out months in advance. Scheduling out months in advance results in a higher number of forgotten and no show appointments which takes away appointment availability from others.
