ANNUAL SPONSOR SHOOT
The Pentagon Chapter Ducks Unlimited invites you out for an afternoon of s***t and trap shooting followed by a wild game cookout. The cost for the event is $275 and includes your Bronze Sponsorship, a Virginia state sponsor pin, shooting, dinner, and entry in the Sponsor-Only raffle. We also invite you to become a Silver or Gold Sponsor for $525 or $1,025, respectively. As always, proceeds go directly to Ducks Unlimited and help conserve our wetlands. YOU can save an acre of wetlands as a Bronze Sponsor, two (2) acres of wetlands as
a Silver Sponsor, and four (4) acres of wetlands as a Gold Sponsor. Wetlands are amongst the most productive ecosystems on the planet. Tragically, we have lost more than half of our original wetlands and continue to lose wetlands every year. They are invaluable not only to waterfowl and scores of other wildlife species, but also to the very quality of life on earth. Every species of duck, goose, and swan in North America depends on wetland habitat throughout their life cycle. We also benefit from wetlands for recreation, flood storage, groundwater recharge, and improved water quality. As the name of the event implies, this is a special event to encourage our most dedicated members to renew or become first time sponsors. Become or renew a Sponsorship at this event and you will be entered the Sponsor-Only raffle. Sponsors do not need to be present to be included in the sponsor-only raffle. There will be one winner drawn for the Sponsor-Only raffle but every Sponsor can save an acre of wetland!
