Happy 3rd Birthday Stitch!

I have so many things to say about this dog but it would take me a lifetime to list them all. He is wild. Obnoxious. Hardheaded. Does what he wants anytime he wants. But mostly one of my best friends.

Stitch came into my life during a hard time when I was grieving the loss of my best friend (which grief never goes away surrounding those memories). He put his little paw on the window when we walked by and it was just as if to say “hey take me, pick me!”

He looks so much like my Zoe who had passed years before (just minus all the white on him). He was perfect in all ways (minus the fact he only liked Jeffery 😂)

Jeffery taught him so much in the short time they were together. They were a bonded pair. Today I hope you have the best birthday ever && God showers you with all the love from your dad in heaven.

We love you Stitch happy birthday buddy!

Freya has gained 6lbs since we got her back && she tested negative for all tick diseases && heart worm 🙌🏼🙌🏼

I am looking for some vendors who would like to set up. Vendor fee is $15 per vendor. Also please invite your friends and family. We will have a lot of activities. All proceeds will go to help towards Freya’s vet bills.

Freya is doing good. She is on strict rest for another 1.5 weeks. Her cast can come off today or tomorrow and then we can start ROM. I have had a hard time with her getting used to anyone walking past her crate if she is eating she will bark. She isn’t aggressive just seems like she is worried someone will take her food from her.

Any tips on this would be nice.

We have reached $2008 which is AMAZING and hopeful to get closer to our halfway mark which is $2550. I am so thankful for those who continue to help. Even if a few dollars it adds up as you all can see. Freya’s surgery was not cheap but the cost included all follow up care post surgery (not including her vaccinations). 💉

She will be going to get her last set of shots June 10th and then seeing the Orthopedic surgeon on June 12th. If you can donate to this cause it would be helpful but if not prayers are what are needed most. We are fortunate and thankful for all.

Hey everyone!!!

We will be placing orders for some shirts to help off set the cost of Freya’s vet bill. I know so many have already donated but everyone loves a good t shirt.

I will be doing a pre-order to begin with to see how many we can sell first. I need at least 150 shirts sold to meet our goal. This includes the cost of the shirt and for someone to make them as well.

Shirts are going to be $25 each. All proceeds will go directly towards her vet bill (outside of the cost to make them).

Please let me know the size shirt you are needing. I have several shirt colors at the house so I do not need to limit it to one color.

Please list your size and color you prefer in the comments. Please share!!! Money will be due up front as these are preorders and I have to have money to order the prints.

If you have been following Freyas journey she is HOME!!! Resting ❤️‍🩹 she will have her bandage on for 3-5 days and then she will be able to have it removed after. She will have a follow up visit in 2-3 weeks && then again in July at the 8 week mark.

We are so fortunate to all who have made this possible as her surgery was estimated to be a lot more than we anticipated. I had to pay an additional $1102 today on top of what was already paid. So the money ($1647) we have raised thus far helped me with the cost today.

We still have a ways to go to recover what I had to pay for her surgery && I would never ask for help for any of my dogs if it wasn’t needed. I’m just not that type of person. So if you are able to contribute anything if only $1 it would be greatly appreciated.

If you are unable to donate please know your prayers are priceless and are felt. Please share with anyone you can or if you have any vet assistance programs that would be awesome. Nelson’s SPCA was so generous when I called they were not able to help but they were able to put me in touch it someone else but unfortunately we do not apply since she is not spayed yet (only 5 months old).

God knows our needs going forward and I’m trusting and believing he will help us recover all the funds needed. Thank you all so much!!!

This is an extremely hard post for me to even make but in order for Freya to live her best life she is requiring surgery tomorrow morning. I will not be disclosing the cost as it is not something I want to do or feel like I need to share publicly. But I am desperately asking if anyone could help even if $5 that would make a difference.

Freya is only 5 months old and I refuse to amputate her leg. It’s not fair to her just because we aren’t able to come up with funds. I can not get scratch pay or care credit (I already have and it doesn’t touch the amount needed) I have already tried.

I will list my cash app and Venmo below if anyone is able to help. I would never ask for help if it wasn’t a desperate need.

Please be mindful if you have no gotten your pups second set of shots you need to do so now! It will protect them should they come in contact with them. Please know YOU CAN GET THIS ANYWHERE! Even the vets office. Be mindful of allowing your pets to touch things while in the office. We don’t always get that opportunity of “knowing” a dog has been on contact with any surface in the vet that had it.

Also bleach your surfaces down, throw blankets, beds, toys away should your dog come in contact with the virus. This is a deadly virus. It’s running rampant in our communities. Please vaccinate and be safe!

I got absolutely no pictures today but I was so thankful Stephanie Goff was able to come and capture our Gotcha Day Party. It was emotional 😭 getting to see people who knew and worked with Jeffery Ryan and shared those memories with me today (in a good way), emotional seeing friends I haven’t seen since graduation, best friends from high school who I don’t get to see very often, new friends and old friends even if I haven’t meet in person yet. I felt so loved and so appreciated today!!!

Thank you all for coming && I’m SOOO sorry it poured down raining and we weren’t able to have the festivities outside.

I won’t tag for those who want to surprise their families with puppies!

Happy Gotcha Day!!!!!

I know you all are so excited for this day to come. It’s a day I’m excited for you all but also brings the emotions with it that pups I have helped raise since birth are leaving me today.

Please be mindful the party starts at 12 if possible please do not arrive earlier. This will allow for me time to bathe your puppies and have them ready as well as set up for the party.

Come hungry because we have food!!

I will have signs up where no parking is allowed and that is my yard. I stress this because my driveway is not a 3 car driveway and someone always manages to park 3 cars deep beside mine 😂😂😂 I am trying to be respectful of my landlord in this situation.

I worked really hard yesterday getting the puppy packets together as well as all the paperwork ♥️

We will be having a bounce house for kids 16 && under. There will be a wavier to be signed if your child participates in this. I will also have some sidewalk chalk for the kids who don’t want to play in the bounce house.

I am making goodie bags for all the kids that come. So far we have about 15-20 kids sign up.

It’s supposed to be a really beautiful day! So looking forward to this Gotcha Day Party coming up 🥳

The pups tried some canned food over the past couple days and didn’t really like it this morning. I woke up to them crunching dry food so on the way to get them some puppy food now. ♥️♥️
