Meet Lemon failed by humans & still loves life!
SHE NEEDS A PERMANENT FOSTER ASAP by SUN 2/16‼️‼️ 🙏🐾🙏

LEMON: approx. 2yo female Pittie.
This fabulous gem was failed by humans several times from being an owner surrender.
Lemon is low-to-medium energy. She does not seem to know how to play with toys. She does enjoy her rope toy, wrestling with her dog friends or just chilling. She is very people friendly and LOVES to cuddle with her human. She's one smart gal and she loves to learn- knows sit and come. A love bug whose affectionate with a silly personality.💖

LEMON is Potty/crate trained. She's dog friendly with proper introductions. She is an alpha, but can be a bit unconfident. Lemon is NOT cat friendly! Her 1st time surrendered to the shelter she was fine with kids. Her 2nd surrender stated that she did not like kids. She enjoys walks and walks well on a leash. Will give endless cuddles on couch!!

IMPORTANT: Lemon is terrified of storms and fireworks! She will need help getting through both of these when they occur.

LIZZY: 4 year old female Weimaraner Mix. She is extremely sweet, loving and can be shy at first. She is a couch potato, but also gets spurts of energy and listens well. She loves to give kisses, cuddles, loves belly rubs and loves to lay up with her humans.

LIZZY is amazing with kids. she does pull on leash. She's wonderful with kids and can be good with other dogs- She will need slow introduction- will warm up when she trusts and knows you're ok. Once she does she is absolutely amazing. With new people and animals it may take her a few days to adjust. No cats- She is crate/potty trained. She is super affectionate, likes to snuggle and is just a happy love bug.

He enjoys playing, but also likes spending his time next to you on the couch.

Vanilla Ice is crate trained and working on potty training- almost there He gets along great with cats and other dogs of all sizes- he plays well with them. Never be seen around little kids, but he is gentle and would never hurt one. A handsome guy that will give endless snuggles and love you unconditionally. OSCAR: 1yo male Pit Mix
A handsome young rescue pup that's a lover, likes to cuddle and enjoys a lot of attention. He is an adorable sweet pup who will give you lots of kisses and snuggles- he thinks he's a lap dog. He has puppy energy, he likes to play with his ball and other dogs. Loves the outdoors and car rides. He enjoys being by his people and being in your presence. He is a great dog! He is so sweet and a lover.
He is People friendly and likes to cuddle. He can be timid at first. He has medium energy and enjoys going on walks/car rides. He loves to play ball- balls are his favorite, along with Kong/chew toys.

ARLO is dog friendly and will play nicely with his doggy friends. He is easily redirected if playtime gets too rough. No cats. He could knock little kids over with his energy. Older kids maybe best. He doesn't like sharing his toys- he will growl as a warning if another dog gets close to his toy. He is a love bug that adores people and other dogs. He is crate/potty trained. He is quiet inside and (so far) not destructive. He is so quiet in his kennel that he will do great kenneled during the workday. He will give unconditional love and snuggles!💗♥️❤️

We need stricter laws on animal abuse & hoarding! Just some of our Animal Control are useless! WE NEED TO DO BETTER COLORADO‼️ SEE SOMETHING DO SOMETHING!!!

The Pueblo County Sheriff's Office said they found at least a dozen caged dogs in the woman's home and several more that were loose.

Hi everyone! I’m Ralphie and I’m a young guy still, probably right around 1-2 years old. I’m a really sweet and happy guy, but the ladies here can tell I’ve had a bit of a rough past. My shelter mama grabbed a leash to take me out one day and I got so scared she was going to hurt me so I let out a sad scream. Once I realized she was only there to help me, I calmed down very quickly and got back to my usual, happy self. I really try not to let my past experiences get me down too much and try to just enjoy all the good things life has to offer instead! I get along with the other doggies here, too, and I love getting to goof around with my shelter mama each day. I’m really just a sweet and crazy boy and I know I’ll thrive once I gain a little trust in humans. Can you help bust me out of this place?

*SOMEONE KNOWS SOMETHING* PLS SHARE!!
We are all heartbroken that we have not found sammie since she went missing on 10/15/24. She had sightings the night she went missing and the next morning, since then no more sightings. We have put up and passed out flyers, followed every possible sighting lead, had people searching everywhere, had a drone out looking, scent station, called vets, called businesses, etc.... and no luck!

No dead dogs brought in by AC match her description. She's microchipped. We are hoping someone has her safe and loved. She's a great dog! If you have Sammie or know someone that has her, please give her back with NO questions asked and a nice REWARD for her safe return or information leading to her safe return. Please keep your eyes out for Sammie- could be anywhere in Pueblo or just anywhere🩵🙏🐾
