Pawsies Pet Sitting of East Asheville Raina provides cat visits, dog walking, and overnights in your home. I work fairly exclusively on the East side of Asheville and those are my best rates.

ogs, cats, birds, chickens, pigs, rabbits, and reptiles. My last dog, IndyAnna, was a Chesapeake Bay Retriever, a challenging and rewarding breed. She was happiest with swimming and several miles of walking daily. She lived a full 13 healthy years, far beyond expected life expectancy. My last cat, Paws, lived 18 years. His last years required daily insulin injections and close monitoring of food and water intake. I am meticulous about following client directions regarding pet needs! I carry a walking app when I take out your pets and report what kind of workout your animal received, if you like that sort of thing :) Making sure animals get the exercise they need to be healthy and happy is one of my priorities. Every new client receives a complimentary 30 minute visit where we discuss the goals and needs for your pet visits. I am available for regular visits, vacations, and over-nights, or as back-up for your regular caregiver. Prices are based on your needs and the distance from my home. I offer a substantial discount for daily visits. Within a few miles of my home a visit can be as low as $7. Overnights start at $50. I served as a pet sitter with Arff! Pet Care in Boston for many years, also offering my side services of garden maintenance. I am a "home handywoman" and a gardener, I can offer you vacation serenity from home worries. I will check to see that your heating/cooling is functioning, check the pipes for leaks or freezing, and make sure your garden isn't suffering or overgrown when you return. Communication while away is your choice. I will leave daily notes, send texts or pics of your pets, Email or phone you.

Pawsies pet sitting is open part-time. I am not doing overnights for the foreseeable future, and I'm sorry but I cannot board animals in my home. My cats are very particular creatures.

I am available for in-your-home pet sitting for cats, dogs, and whatever other critters you may have. Working all holidays going forward. Texting me is your best option. God bless, everyone. I work the East Asheville Area. Cat visits 30-40 minutes, dog walking, and overnights. I've been in business since 2015 and have references. I am bonded and insured. Best way to reach me is to send a text and provide: dates needed, your location, tell me a little about your pets. I can better start the conversation this way. After this, we can talk on the phone, or set up a meet and greet. I prefer booking in advance, but can sometimes accommodate short notice.
