Just a reminder that we are getting to the end of our 2023 honey supply, and probably won't be harvesting 2024 honey until June.

Look what we haveee! Our final bucket of honey finally has our favorite darker honey 🤩 Lighter honey has a light unique floral taste, while our darker honey has a deep rich flavor! Come decide which you like best and let us know 🥰

Just a heads up! We are coming to the end of our 2023 honey supply, and once it's gone there is a possibility we won't harvest again until the end of June 2024. Come get ya some! And pray this year brings a great harvest season 🙌🙏

Opened up the hives to give them some sugar cakes! They appear to be coming through winter very strong. This time of year it is important for them to have food directly above their winter cluster for easy access in case a cold snap comes through where they can't break cluster to reach their stored food

This was a cutout that we did for a friend off Atlee Rd. It was a swarm that decided to set up camp under someone's bay window. If a hive swarms and lands somewhere, they are typically there only temporarily. But if weather is not favorable they have to stay stationary, and if landed for too long they are forced to empty their honey stomachs to make comb, thus making it their new residence.

If you look closely you can see their naturally built comb (beeswax)

We have plenty of honey stocked up at Busy Bees Farmstand! They make perfect Christmas gifts

We have had a few customers show us how they gifted the honey paired with dessert mix, cornbread mix, can of biscuits, or tea with a cute spatula tucked inside Christmas themed oven mitts. Such a cute idea!
