Litter in foster ~ 2 weeks ago.
We may possibly have 3 of Padme's pups, 2 m, 1 female, that could come to Cold Nose next Saturday, 1/27, if anyone is interested, commits, pup is confirmed available and can pick up Saturday in Alburtis by 11:30 am.
I think I had someone interested in one but I am not home at the moment to check. There are shared litter videos on SOS Beagles - Tennessee. If you search Padme.
If you're approved and interested, reach out to Linda this weekend. If not approved and interested, submit an application ASAP but please realize there are only a couple pups. Your application will stay on the puppy waitlist.
We have also reached out to approved TN applicants.
Here they are with Brenda and family fostering. Gotta love it. One male is confirmed. We are reaching out to previous approved apps in TN and NJ.
They are back with them as of yesterday until upcoming vet appointment. They spent a not very fun week snowed in with Director Beth.
ALL PLACED.
We still have 4 puppies looking for homes. Two people on our waiting list suddenly stopped responding. Watch the video and I'll post individual shots in the comments.
ADOPTED!
Please share Merrie? Atco NJ
Merrie has been through a lot since she came to our TN chapter in November. A stray at a partner shelter. She had a long existing inguinal hernial that was expertly repaired mid December and just got the all clear to resume activity after her recent dental too. Doesn’t she look happy? She is the darker one in video. Lol.
Folks have classified her as a senior but we don’t see it? She is probably 5-6 years old, long used as a breeder sadly. But no more! She is a 15 inch gal and gorgeous. Wonderful in the house. Her foster shares this:
Merrie got along very quickly with her foster family as well with her two new beagle buddies (one male / one female). She enjoys playing and running in a large back yard and acclimated very quickly to use the doggie door. She really enjoys playing with her foster brother he doesn’t seem to be very vocal outdoors, but that might be because her buddy does a lot of howling throughout the day. When she does express herself, it’s been with barking, not howling. Merrie really enjoys playing with her foster brother – she did not enjoy being on medical restrictions so she is making up for it. She’s not a big chewer, but right now she has and abundance of plastic bones and toys which she occasionally chews. She loves to be loved on but also seems fine just sleeping in her doggie bed or on the couch. She is very sweet and a joy to have in your home.
She arrives in NJ this weekend and is seeking her furever home. Www.sosbeagles.org.
Happy New Year everyone! I think Cane and Frasier are the only two excited about being up at this time of night. Forgive the angle of the video -- two reasons I didn't get down on the floor to get a better angle.
1. I wouldn't be able to get back up!
2. I would have been swamped by puppies and you'd only get a video of their noses.
We are so thankful for your friendship and support and hope that we ALL have a very Happy New Year!
Some of the gang. See comments for names etc.
