New Rules PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ!!

Cancellation notices~~ because we work by appointments, we require the cancellation of appointments 24 hours prior to your appointment time so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserve time to another client on our waiting list. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of $25 per pet if grooms and $10 if secluded for a bath. We understand things come up but please be respectful enough to call and cancel an appointment and just not show up or call🙌🏻

DOGS IN HEAT are more work to groom , they bleed everywhere and we have to keep rewashing and cleaning up after them.
Please let us know ahead of time so that we may reschedule you or there will be an extra fee.

Payments we accept credit/debit cards with an extra 2.6% added to your price , cash or check
8.25% is added to ALL prices for state tax !

Drop offs Pickups we will require a two hour MINIMUM on small dogs and three hour MINIMUM on large dogs (could take longer ) Please remember a good groom is never rushed and a rushed Groom is never good! I have to have time to groom them remember we are working on dogs we can NOT make them do what we want them to do , we do what they LET us do! We do not try to keep your babies all day but we still have to have time to do them and we have a lot of people calling or showing up before they are ready which puts us more behind ! If your baby sees you while we are working on them you will be asked to take them with you unfinished due to them jumping around and being excited and I will not risk cutting them.
Poor Coat Condition
Pets with matted coats need extra attention during their grooming sessions. Matt's left in a pet's coat, only grow tighter and can strangle the pet skin or eventually tear it open. We do not wish to cause serious or undue stress to your pet and will not continually demat your pet for you. Matt's can be very difficult to remove and may require the pet to be shaved when necessary. Removing a heavily matted coat includes risk of Nicks , cuts or abrasions due to warts moles or skin folds trapped in the mats. Having Madden can also trap moisture and urine near the pet skin, allowing mold, fungus and bacteria to grow causing skin irritations that existed prior to the grooming process. Matt removal procedures can include itchiness, red skin self-inflicted irritations are abrasions and failure of the hair to regrow! Prevention is the best defense against matting ,comb comb comb.

Scheduling regular grooming appointments. We asked that you try to stay on a 6 to 8 week schedule to maintain your babies . We will be enforcing matting charges depending on how matted they are will decide the extra charge !

Grooming satisfaction
We put our best efforts to interpret the grooming instructions giving. We can guarantee our grooms for 72 hours. Anything that is brought to our attention within reason will be fixed free of charge. Anything after 72 hours, any work done will be charged an additional groom price. We strive to make sure that all pets leaving are at their owners expectation levels. Please let us know if we have failed to do that. We can’t always make a dog act right so sometimes things are missed due to them not letting us , just like us they have their days where they don’t want anything done ❤️

Aggressive Pets
We will not be doing any aggressive dogs or cats. If your dog/cat is a biter and fighter for a groom We will send your baby home as none of us want to be injured including your pet.
No exceptions.
There will be a slight increase on some prices starting January! I hope everyone has a merry Christmas and a happy new year ❤️

💥 update we are COMPLETELY booked till after Christmas 💥

I’ll be working this Saturday if anyone needs in before Christmas! Then I will be out until January 2nd ! We will still be open for baths and a few grooms after Christmas with Cheyanne ! We are booked for this week and only have a few grooming spots for Saturday ❤️

Hey everyone just wanted to say this is a busy time of the year and alot of people like their babies clean for Christmas. If your wanting in before Christmas please call asap we are booking up fast and can only do so many a day! ❤️ With that if you can not make your appointment please call or text ahead of time at least 24hr in advance and let me know so I can let someone else take your spot! If you dont there is a rebooking fee! We don’t get paid by the hour we get paid by what we do each day so we depend on people to show up! PLEASE just call or text in advance to cancel !
