It’s pet talk time!

Atlanta pet owners, there are some things we have to talk about!

Please be informed that we don't serve other animals like cows and horses, and most especially snakes (they scare me!). So, you can call me if you need help with your dog, cat, rabbit, guinea pig, goat, or maybe even a pig and a llama.

Why do you need to bring your new puppies to their first vet visit?

A vet visit ensures your new puppy is in good health by performing a comprehensive examination to detect any congenital issues, infections, or other health concerns early on. This allows for prompt treatment and helps establish a baseline for your puppy's health.

Also, your vet will set up a vaccination schedule to protect your puppy against common and potentially deadly diseases such as parvovirus, distemper, and rabies. Timely vaccinations are crucial for building your puppy's immune system and preventing illness.

Finally, during the initial visit, the vet will provide essential advice on nutrition, deworming, flea and tick prevention, and overall care. This guidance is vital for ensuring your puppy grows up healthy and well-adjusted, helping you address any concerns about behavior, training, and socialization.

It’s pet talk time!

Atlanta pet owners, there are some things we have to talk about!

Brushing your pet's teeth! I recommend brushing them at least three times a week, if you don’t do that then there are water additives that you can find at your local pet store to help keep the tartar away.
