I don't know about you guys, but once I start seeing the weather getting cooler, I start planning to go outside to make up for lost time! September is when I usually check my first aid kits (both human and pet) to make sure everything is good and ready in case it's needed. My experience with AI has been mixed. Some things I've tried are really cool and interesting. However, when I tried to create some pictures... well... those images still haunt my dreams. But as we learn and use AI more and more, it appears to be getting better and better.

Hello pet parents!

Tis the season for some spring cleaning and here is a gentle reminder to also clean out your pet toys, too! If you see a toy that is falling apart, has pieces chewed off, coming apart at the seams, or is just on the verge of breaking (and\or smaller bits can come out) better to be safe and toss them.

Also... is anyone else looking around for fun new toys and getting a sense that the "new" stuff seems to keep people entertained more than your pet?! Well, below is a great article that can help guide you in finding better cat toys.

While I do love celebrating almost everything on the National Day Calendar (esp. the chocolatey ones!) those involving pets tend to need some extra care. Today is National Hug Your Cat day, but some cats may not enjoy being hugged. If your little one isn't in the hood for a cuddle, there are other ways to show some love - kitty kisses (ya know the blinking thing,) an extra play session, or a training session for "high 5"!
