Caring Companions of Atlanta Caring Companions of Atlanta, LLC provides non-medical home care for people needing assistance in the Atlanta area. Hold their pet. Relax in their living room.

There really is no place like home…

That’s why we work hard to help people live independently where they feel most comfortable. The owners of Caring Companions had to find care for our families and understand the process can be tough. Whenever possible, we want people to Sleep in their bed. What We Do

We’d prefer to ask “How can we help?” Whether at home or another location, we are there to mak

e life better. Caring Companions caregivers provide individual, customized attention with all non-medical aspects of daily living. This includes (but is not limited to):
● Companionship: Visiting, taking a walk, going to see a movie
● Bathing, showering, personal hygiene and dressing
● Medication reminders
● Respite care and filling in gaps in other care
● Custom meal preparation
● Light housekeeping and pet care
● Transportation including shopping, errands, doctor’s appointments

Caregiver Alignment

There is no cookie-cutter answer to caregiving. We listen to you and align a caregiver based on personalities, preferences and needs. For a day, a week or a year. We background check each and every caregiver. We ONLY place caregivers we would put in our own loved one’s homes. About us

Caring Companions of Atlanta, LLC is owned by two career business executives, Adam Seever and Paul Demick. Both Adam and Paul experienced difficulties finding great caregivers for their parents and felt there had to be a better way. Those common experiences combined with well aligned values led the two to change careers and dedicate their lives to helping people and their families. Let’s Get Started…

● Call or email us to arrange a free, in-home consultation to assess your needs and customize a program to fill them.
● Meet the caregiver specially selected for you. We strive to have the same caregiver for each visit. Continuity improves quality of care.
● Ongoing supervision and contact with us ensures that you remain satisfied with the quality of our services. We remain flexible and will do whatever it takes to adjust your service package to meet your needs and desires.

We always love getting feedback from our clients! Here is some we got this week: "Dear Paul and the team at Caring Companions, I am calling to say thank you. I wanted to let you know that your nurses (CNAs) were truly professional and caring which is no easy task when caring for a person with advanced dementia. Having the support of your entire team and not just a caregiver was huge for our family.

While I hope I don't ever have to use your services again...it is very comforting to know there is Caring Companions that we know we can call and trust. Please thank your whole team for us.

I really appreciate everything you guys did for our family."

While we are not one to "toot our horns," every once in a while a client sends you a note that really illustrates why we are in this business. At some point, most of us experience the decline of a loved one at some point. We started this business to do home care the way we would want it done for our family...not just a staffing model, but one where care aligns with the person and family we help. That is why it touched my entire team to receive the note below from the son of a recent client.

"Hi, Adam--

Among dealing with details of my mother's passing, cross-country travel, and trying to get ready for spring semester classes starting I have been delayed in writing you. My wife and I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you, personally, and every member of your staff (especially Cjay, Suzanne, and the caregivers) at Caring Companions of Atlanta for all that they did to make my mom's last months something she could take some pleasure in rather than the experience she had in rehabilitation.

She never would have been able to stay in her home--her primary focus--without your firm's assistance. Moreover, Caring Companions was true to its philosophy of putting the patients first. Your caregivers really got to know my mom and tried to learn what she liked, what she did not like, and how best to help her. It appeared that several of your caregivers formed warm, caring relationships with my mom. I think I said to you in one of our first phone calls that finding Caring Companions of Atlanta was like a miracle. After living with your firm's efforts, I just wanted you to know that I believe that more than ever.

I would be happy to serve as a reference for Caring Companions of Atlanta if you have new potential clients who would like to know what the experience was really like. Thank you again for all that you did for my mother!"

Thanks to the team and our wonderful caregivers for making a difference!

Adam

🍽️ Meals on Wheels: Your donation helps eliminate senior hunger by providing nutritious meals delivered right to their doorsteps.

🚗 Transportation Assistance: Ensuring that home-bound seniors can get to their vital medical appointments to maintain their health and well-being.

🏠 Senior Centers: Funds from your donation help operate the 7 senior centers that serve as vibrant hubs, combating isolation and providing a sense of community.

🚨 Emergency Assistance: Your support enables SSNF to provide emergency assistance to seniors at risk of homelessness.

🐾 Meals on Wheels for Pets: By donating, you're helping feed the beloved furry companions of seniors, promoting their well-being and companionship.
