We want to Thank you for another very successful year! We could not do this without your continued support! We do have some upcoming policy changes. Please take time to read through these.
Below you will find our policy updates.
* We will be increasing prices on January 2nd 2025. ( please see pricing guide below).
* We do and will enforce our 25.00 cancellation fee for cancellations less then 24 hrs! In order to rebook you will need to pay this fee and all other schedule appts will be canceled without it.
* Payment is Due same day of service! NO exceptions. clients will be removed off the rotation for non payment.You will need to bring your account current, and will need to put down a 50% deposit towards your next groom in order to book your appointment.
* if you need to cancel your appt for any reason, we can not guarantee that you will be rebooked before your next rotation, (especially the holiday season) we will, of course try, but can not promise.
