LOL!
Are You Cold?
During the short winter months, both of my dogs continue to deny being cold... EVER!
I, on the other hand, as a very old lady, well, I'm ALWAYS Cold!
My dogs have the luxury of having warm beds, under a large covered roof, with toys, water and an occasional dog treat.
I invite them to come in the house every couple of hours, but they ALWAYS deny being cold, so they get to remain where they love it...
Outside, with warm beds, under a large sheltered space, with lots of treats, toys chews and plenty of action from the daily delivery teams that stop by my home each day.
Me: "Are You Cold?"
Dogs: "Nah. We're Good!"

A Very Rare Snow Day in Atlanta, GA!
Tess is 5 years old and has never seen any snow!
Johnnie is so happy!. He refuses to come in the house!
Even our cat Tabblet has insisted on going out a couple of times!
It is gonna be a mess tomorrow when everything freezes again overnight!

The Shepherd's Lantern
Did you know that all breeds of Collies (Border, Rough, Bearded etc...) ALL have a white tip on their tails?
It may be just a few hairs or a fully tipped white tail, but they all have one.
It's called The Shepherd's Lantern.
The Shepherd's Lantern is a Collie's way of showing their Shepherd the way home, after dark, and a long, hard day of work.
The Collie's tail is held high and the white tip of their tail leads the way for the Shepherd to make his way home!
What a Lovely Legend!
