We enjoy working with the elderly and disabled community; it is our belief there is a lot gained from listening to their life's experience. As the owner, m y first client ca

red for was my mother, when unable to locate someone with compassion and patience to take care of her. Here at Just Caring for You Services, LLC we’re committed to treating each client as if he or she were family by providing the best quality care with compassion, respect, and dignity.

* Washing and ironing laundry
* Performing light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, etc.)
* Running errands
* Accompanying clients to appointments
Personal Care services are personal in nature and often include assistance with activities of daily living. The primary responsibilities of Personal Care services include the following:
* Assisting with bathing
* Assisting with grooming
* Assisting with toileting and incontinence issues

Secondary Responsibilities

* Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds
* Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach
* Ability to withstand exposure to dust, mold, mildew and cleaning solutions
* Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect
* Ability to adapt to various living environments and locations
* Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
* Assistance with dispensing of medication

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES CONSISTS OF :
• Clean and disinfect rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, and other work areas so that health standards are met.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers.
• Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors, using brooms, mops,
• Expert in caring for wood floors, and granite counter tops
• Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
• Polish silver accessories and metalwork such as fixtures and fittings.
• Replace light bulbs, change linen, replenish bathroom items
• Sort clothing and other articles, load washing machines, and iron and fold dried items, and store them in linen closets.
• Run errands such as taking laundry to the cleaners and buying groceries
• Works independently and a self starter not afraid to get dirty, Plant care

CHILDCARE SERVICES:

If agreed by the parent, Just Caring for You Services, LLC, can develop day-by-day activity plans that assist in the learning process, and assist with homework as needed. Planning and applying activities to meet the emotional, bodily, intellectual and social needs of the children in the employer's home. As instructed by the employer, establish routines and offer constructive guidance, ensuring children are supervised at all times. Meal preparation by creating healthy meals and snacks, enforce naps if requested, and build children's self-respect for self and others Staff is certified in CPR and First Aid care that can ensure an instant solution in case of an emergency, along with keeping parents informed through daily reporting of what took place while children our care. In today’s society one must be very careful in obtaining affordable, quality child daycare, especially for children under age 5, is a major concern for many parents. Childcare can range from single-night babysitting to daily childcare for working parents. Care in a child’s home, care in an organized child daycare facility, or care in a provider’s home are all common arrangements for preschool-age children. Older children may receive child daycare services when they are not in school, generally through before-school and after-school programs or private summer school programs. With the increasing number of women in the workforce schedules are flexible and seeking the right fit with the right family.

In my thoughts today...

Coming to the realization on the importance of being grounded in your faith in conjunction to your passion sets you aside from the imposters, shape shifters, camelions, the here and nows of today.

It hurts in a sense of disappointment that $$ is the driving force and quality is miniscule in BUSINESS.

Since 2007 I have had this vision come through me to care for others. As i reflect its actually my nature from as far as I can remember..

This for me is a journey of joy and I will continue to be different as I was created to be quality trumps cash I my book equally important but one is codependent on the other in my book.

In my thoughts today about life and how uncaring people have become. The phrase microwave answers to crockpot problems.
Everything is NOW, ME and no compassion for others even on these highways and byways.

If you want love - be lovable
If you want relationships - be relational
If you want peace- live peaceful
If you want blessings - be a blessing
If you want grace and mercy- give it to others
If you want to receive - be willing to give
It you want honesty- stop lying to yourself and everyone else..

BE what you want for YOURSELF to others the law of attraction is real...

When someone gets YOU...

There were times I'd put just $10 worth of gas in my tank, while other times $100. I've had just $5 to feed myself and I've also had $200 to go out to eat. I’ve had a house full of food and I didn't have any. I’ve been in stores cashing out with no worries and I’ve also had to add it up and put things back on the shelf. I’ve paid my bills in full and I’ve had to pay it late, too. I’ve given money and I too have had to ask for it.

We all have highs and lows in life, some certainly more than others, but we’re all just trying to make it.

No one is better than anyone else, and I pity those who think that they are. No matter how big your house is, how new your car is, or how much money sits in your bank account - we all bleed red and will all die someday. Death has no discrimination; neither should your life.

The people who pretend they love you so much will leave you standing in all the storms just so they can shine...

Be kind to others.
We are all here to serve.
Stop the power tripping.
Your over sized ego wont get you anywhere.
And know that not everyone has the same heart as you...

So I'm here working and I'm thinking that ....
I can feed myself
I can bathe myself
I can speak MY mind
I can give and receive love
I am healthy
I can get out if my bed on MY own
I can go the facilities independently
I have use of all MY limbs
I have children and grandchildren that loves ME
I am compassionate and caring
I have a husband that wants ME
I am not lonely
I am not depressed
I am not angry
I have faith and can laugh until MY tummy hurts...
I am blessed and highly favoured...

So many people's lives God allows me to touch may not have one or many of these capabilities and I dedicate MY passion to supplement what's missing for them .... And makes ME even more HAPPY AND FULFILLED...

WE change lives ONE person at a time! Can I get a AMEN???

Today I just wanted to say something about families checking on their parents.

As parents we don't always do everything right.... I'd like to believe we all do the best we can.

Yesterday I saw a woman with children that's living alone in poor conditions. Kids don't help her fixed income and alone. I just want to help but it isn't my place unless asked.

Go check on your parents. Forgive them. Care about them. Show your kids what they will have to do for YOU ONEDAY...

It just breaks my heart how lonely and neglected these seniors are and find out they HAVE FAMILIES....

I never really understood how not being true to yourself is detrimental to your survival until I began seeking out peace for my spirit. Doing things or accepting things that weren't my first choice compromising my ethics! Second guessing or hasty decisions are costly.... In the heat of the moment reactions aren't clear their instinctive but what if your instincts are wrong? We have to really get to know ourselves. Find the answers find the reasoning behind the scenes learn more about why? The power of change is in our hands connect with your spiritual side to elevate yourself and eliminate the unhealthy. I can honestly say then and only THEN WILL YOU LIVE FOR YOU!.... MY thoughts

I think that I've truly transformed into a space where I was meant to be with only one question..... What took me so long!!! To see the mission and not the POSITION.... To open up to the teaching of the clients and see the bigger picture of the gifts of sharing time and space with God's precious souls. To say it's not the money that is my driving force behind my motivation but the PEOPLE.... THE laughter the history the appreciation to the lessons I have gained is PRICELESS.... 2009 I used to dream of this feeling of being in control of my destiny with God's direction.. And now I am about to share this feeling with my best friend Sherrod Jenkins Sr. My soon to be husband working as one!!!! I prayed for a partner with compassion and a love for this type of work..... I'm just thinking about the importance of faith and action equalling RESULTS.... ON some real MY LIFE IS GREAT and can only get better..... Amen
