Kristin's Bark Park

To help fundraise for Kristin's Bark Park, we are taking donations! Donations over $10 will receive a "Kristin's Bark Park" memorial key chain. These can be found at the City of Au Gres Riverfront Campground and other various Au Gres businesses. We are also accepting mail in donations to Patricia Brown at 5860 Turner Road Tawas City MI, 48763 or you can swing by TCF BANK and make a donation to the account of Kristin's Bark Park.

Kristin Edmonds passed away on August 26th of 2020. After her passing, Kristin’s husband, Kj Edmonds, decided to donate the money he received in Kristin’s name to build a dog park for the City of Au Gres. Kristin was a dog lover so what better idea than to build a dog park to commemorate her. Kristin was a passionate community volunteer and a big advocate for the Au Gres Area. She was loved by all and she will be missed by all. Kristin and her husband of 34 years gave their all to our community and neither of them asked for anything in return. Together, they built, owned, and managed two businesses within the City of Au Gres and still found the time to assist or comfort anyone in need. Kristin was very unselfish, laidback and did things “the Kristin Way”. Please help support Kristin’s love for animals with a donation to Kristin’s Bark Park, soon to be located at the City of Au Gres’ City Park!
