Roan Club , , is looking for a motivated Barn Admin. responsible for managing barn support.
Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day Barn activities.
Review and manage Barn staff schedules.
Manage clients.
Plan and manage vendors and suppliers.
Support events and other barn activities.
Review and manage paperwork and make sure all the releases are appropriate.
Handle incoming customer calls.
Support the marketing team in marketing efforts.
Skills:
Strong work ethic and integrity.
Committed to perfection in maintaining the barn atmosphere.
Strong client relationship and management skills.
Experience in conflict resolution.
Negotiate and schedule appropriate inventory and suppliers.
Working with Horses and farm activities.
Marketing on Facebook and Instagram, working with the Marketing team.
Experience working on tools and equipment is plus.
Housing is provided for the right individuals after 3 months of working.
