WHITE TIGER🐯🐯

-If you're fortunate enough to spot a white tiger, it might be a genetic mutation or an albino. If it is white with black stripes and blue eyes, it is unique to the Bengal tiger and is produced by a genetic abnormality known as leucism. For a white cub to be born, the gene must be present in both parents. But it's uncommon—it occurs in only one birth out of every 10,000.

In contrast, an albino tiger would have pink eyes and be completely white with either extremely faint or no black stripes.

Due to the lack of camouflage protection afforded by their white coats, few white tigers make it through the wild.

Bengal Tiger🐯🐯

-The Bengal tiger, also known as the Indian or Royal Bengal tiger (Panthera tigris tigris), is a native of the Indian subcontinent. The Bengal is now found in India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Bhutan, though it historically roamed a far wider territory.

The Bengal tiger is listed as being endangered. The largest tiger found in the wild, it is also the most well-known breed of tiger. A Bengal guy ranges in weight from 397 to 569 pounds. The female weighs between 220 and 350 pounds and is smaller.

Siberian Tiger🐯🐯🐯

-Despite being comparable in size to the Bengal tiger, the Siberian tiger is typically regarded as the largest member of the genus. Its length ranges from 5 to 7 feet on average, with some males growing to 10 feet or beyond. The record-breaking heaviest weighed an astounding 660 pounds!

The broad chest and huge cranium of the Siberian tiger are other characteristics. It has thick fur because it inhabits chilly, icy areas, particularly mountain passes, and needs it to survive hard winters. In comparison to its more colorful cousins, it also tends to be milder orange.

One interesting truth about Siberian tigers is that they have been observed killing bears. Although they favor smaller prey like deer and antelope, when food is in short enough, they will pursue bears. The bears may retaliate by murdering young and female tigers.

Sumatran Tigers (Panthera tigris sumatrae) from the Indonesian island of Sumatra face many challenges to their survival, it is estimated that only between 500-600 Sumatran tigers remain in the wild, and the actual number may be as low as 400. The Sumatran Tiger population is dropping rapidly due to human actions including clearing of their habitat for farming and palm oil plantations, as well as poaching them for sale on the black market. The Sumatran Tiger is the only surviving tiger population in the Sunda Islands, where the Bali and Javan Tigers are now extinct.
