Found 9-25-23 near forest hill vet & day & night grocery. Male, seems young maybe a year or just a little over a year. Friendly. No collar or chip.

Today is a very difficult day, our establishment must say goodbye to 1 of their own. The Mutts & Cuts family had to say goodbye to Chikitillo, Tomis chihuahua today.
If you have ever visited Mutts & Cuts (pre pandemic) then you have met Chikitillo. This little gem has been Tomis faithful companion for 11 amazing years. We are unsure of his real age, as he was full grown when Tomi found him "hitchhiking" 11 years ago.
"From the moment I met him and saw how BIG his personality was, I knew he was mine!!" stated Tomi.
Although she did look for his home in the beginning when he was first found, she hoped very much that no one would come to claim him. No one ever did, and the rest is history!

Some may not understand the bond between a human and their dog, but those of us who do know that losing one is losing a member of our family.
Dogs give us the love that all humans long for, and want to give. Dogs love is without judgement, without prejudice, without expectations and without limits. Dogs unbreakable love and devotion to us as their human can not be broken. They don't care if we're rich, poor, hated, popular, ugly, beautiful, black, white, purple, stinky, or smell good. Dogs love us despite our flaws, they love us and help us to be human.
Some say that we train dogs, I truly believe that the dogs train us.

Thank you Chikitillo, thank you for letting me be a part of your life. Thank you for choosing me as your human. The impact you had on me will be for the rest of my life. You were my best friend. I love you my little Chigga man, Run free, sniff lots of butts and save me some peanut M&Ms!
You gave your life to save mine.

Mutts &Cuts is open for business, but remember we are booking up to 4 weeks out!
So if you need an appointment please act fast cause they are getting filled up by the day.
Also please remember that our lobby is closed and every service we provide requires a pre booked appointment. We're offering NO WALK IN SERVICES WHATSOEVER (including toenail trims)
