DISPOSITION:
Sable Grace is a spit fire, yet she is SO super sweet and content being the only pup or a sibling to one other. She has been through a lot in her 5 years. She likes to push the limits and did so with her older female sibling for the Alpha Pack member which resulted in a hospital stay TWICE. She held her own and still tests Lakota’s patience along with her big sister Honey’s (and her brother’s) daily. She is the typical little sister who also wants the attention. She loves to steal all the bones/treats and toys because she can, as she is faster than the older ones. She hides them and will find them later (or Lakota will gather them behind her).
Because of their fight and my cousin wanting a GSD so desperately bad, we did agree to give Sable to my cousin. Unfortunately, my cousin committed su***de and Sable was right beside her for over a day and ½ until someone found her. The thought of what she went through, bring tears to my eyes and keeps me up at night. Sable was away from us for over a year. After hearing our voice, she immediately came running!
Sable was in the house with me for over 4 months. NO accidents. Became a bed hog, despite Greg saying NO dogs in bed. She will bark when someone came to the door, she became very protective if she sensed me being uncomfortable. She is very intuitive and knows when something is wrong. My cousin called her a therapy dog. I believe that with Sable Grace. She needs a person who will be HER person and give her the best rest of her life. She deserves that. I OWE HER THAT. MY COUSIN OWES her THAT TOO!
No cats, they are TOYS to Sable.

Inside: Yes, she will lay in bed with you all day and night (she loves Netflix marathons)
House trained/crate trained: Yes, but it has been a while. You will have to retrain and reward.
