All items are made on Knitting Looms. I am allergic to it!! Hand washing is recommended and lay flat to dry..Do not use Bleach !! Any personalization is done by simply gluing on felt letters. If the letters come off , put a little craft glue on the back of them. We are a smoke free home but we do have dog babies and grand cats!! All of my prices include shipping. Priority shipping for the 2 sizes

of boxes I will be using are $5.95 and $7.95..I may on occasion use padded mailing envelopes. If an items arrives damaged, because of shipping, I ask that you send it back to me for either a refund, or a new item...Since I pay shipping to you, you will be responsible for return shipping prices. Items will be shipped within 1 week of receiving payment...Custom orders may take up to 2 weeks.
