How has another week gone by already? We are at my favorite age. They are playful but don't care about gnawing on anything they can get a hold of just yet. And if they do, they don't have razor sharp teeth yet HAHA!

Mailing off Gabby's DNA samples to complete her health testing. She should be obligate clear for all the major stuff, but we still test to ensure testing accuracy. I also added in testing to see if she is homozygous red like her mother! What is your guess?

I absolutely can not believe how fast these puppies are growing! They are tyring to get up on their feet and are becoming more alert. All of their vet appointments have been made, they have had their nails trimmed, and will get their first round of wormer tomorrow! Slow down time

In case y'all were wondering... We've got double chins and fat rolls on our legs going on over here. Rave is doing a fabulous job taking care of these babies. ❤️

🎉It's contest time!!!!🎉
The FIRST person to guess Rave's weight at the end of her pregnancy will win their choice of a Stellar Farms t-shirt or hat.
Some tips to help...
-Her average weight is 45ish pounds.
-She delivered 5 puppies total.
-Keep in mind they gain weight from the puppies, fluid, placentas, milk, etc.

The picture of Rave is from the day before they were born!
Guessing will end next Thursday so I can get the prize shipped out next weekend.

Feeling extra "blessed" this Thanksgiving season! The Toss (Outline Australian Cattle Dogs - Farm and Stockdog Training) and Rave puppies made their arrival this week. Rave surprised us with a smaller litter of 5 red babies. This litter theme is "How I Met Your Mother".
I am behind on our giveaway post. Look for that this weekend. I promise I will get it done!

***Big Announcement!!!***
We have been over 2 years without ACD pups. We have big hopes for this litter to produce very capable working dogs. As of now, I do have a waiting list, but the ultrasound showed that we will likely have a pretty good sized litter if all goes well.

One of the most rewarding parts of breeding dogs is getting to see them again. Even though I have only had one litter of LGDs, I love hearing from their families and seeing them again! Ellie, formerly Sweetie, lives with our friends in Missouri. She's a work in progress but oh so sweet and so loved!

Happy 2nd birthday to all the amazing puppies from the Rash X Rave litter! Finn, Arlo, Tip, Hasty, Pickle, Ruby, Oakley, and Gabby
These pups are all turning into handy little working dogs and I can't wait to see what all they accomplish!

We hosted our first ever clinic and had Billie Richardson out. What a great time we had. It was hot but we managed. We all learned so much and laughed even more.

Day 3, and the final day, of our herding clinic with Billie Richardson! It's been hot but we have had SO much fun and everybody has made so much progress. Herding training is fun but it's even better with friends ❤️
