💙 Microchip & ID Tags:

Did you know more pets go missing during the 4th of July than any other time of year? Make sure your pet’s microchip info is updated and their ID tags are current. If you’re unsure, give us a call!

💙 BBQ Safety:

Keep pets away from active BBQ pits to avoid burns or injuries.

Avoid giving pets fatty meats or bones, which can cause stomach upset or dangerous obstructions.

Remember, onions, garlic, chocolate, grapes, and raisins are toxic to pets. Keep them out of reach!

🌟 Senior Stars Spotlight: Ginny 🌟

Meet Ginny, our gentle giant with a heart just as big as her paws! 💖 This sweet senior has no idea how large she is and proudly claims the title of "lap dog" whenever she gets the chance. 🐾

Her favorite time of day? Evening treat time! The moment she hears that dental chew rustle, she flings herself onto her bed with all the drama and flair of a pup half her age — hips and all! 🤣

Ginny still loves her strolls around the neighborhood (just a bit shorter these days) and never misses a chance to roughhouse with her pittie sister, even if it means a good ol’ session of tooth-mashing fun. 🐶❤️

Aging may have slowed her down a touch, but her spirit is just as playful and loving as ever. We’re so lucky to have Ginny as one of our beloved Senior Stars! ✨

Tsunami isn't just aging gracefully—she’s practically immortal. In fact, she's older than some of our employees... and don’t worry, she reminds them of it each time she visits. 😉👑

Despite facing a few health challenges in her golden years, Tsunami continues to live her best life thanks to the incredible dedication of her loving owners. Their commitment to her care is nothing short of inspiring, and it's a beautiful reminder of the lifelong bond we share with our pets. ❤️

Meet Sugar and Tonya, our gorgeous Lynx Point mother-daughter duo—so strikingly alike, their humas call them “clone kitties”! 🐱🐱

Sugar, the elegant and wise mama, passed down not only her stunning looks but also her calm, regal demeanor to her daughter. Tonya, her near-identical mini-me, mirrors her mama in both appearance and affection.

These two are inseparable companions, always cuddled up together or moving through the house as a perfectly synchronized pair. Whether sunbathing in a window or quietly observing the world, Sugar and Tonya do it side by side—with matching blue eyes and gentle hearts.

Their bond is as beautiful as their coats, and they remind us daily how sweet life is when shared with the ones we love.

Say hello to Copper, the sweetest soul with a heart of gold! 💛

Copper came into his human's lives at age 7, and like all the best love stories… they foster failed—and never looked back. 🐶💕

This gentle guy is all about road trips, evening strolls, and the occasional sweet treat from Sonic (Wag Cups are life!). He’s a laid-back adventurer who soaks in the simple joys—especially when belly rubs and snacks are involved!

Copper’s best buddy, Jeter, showed him the ropes of dog life—how to enjoy walks, treats, and being completely spoiled. Now Copper carries on that legacy like a pro, reminding us that it's never too late to learn how to enjoy the good life.

Memorial Day Update

All Bluebonnet Animal Hospital locations will be closed on Monday, May 26th in honor of Memorial Day.

🌟 Senior Stars Spotlight: Gunner 🌟

Meet Gunner, our handsome 10-year-old Shepherd with a heart full of love and a nose for adventure (and naps)!

Gunner is the king of calm—he lives for quiet moments, cozy naps, and cruising in the car with the windows down. He’s a connoisseur of sticks, a fanatic for fetch, and never turns down a good splash in the water or a romp at the dog park.

While he’s sweet as can be, don’t let his chill vibe fool you—Gunner is also our unofficial neighborhood watch captain. 🚫📦 He’s not a fan of bicycles or delivery folks daring to approach his front door, and he makes sure they know it!

With his wise eyes and gentle soul, Gunner reminds us every day that senior dogs have just as much s***k, love, and personality as any puppy. 💛
