Put your paws together for our super stellar sitter of the month ✨ASIA ✨

Growing up, Asia’s dream job was LITERALLY to be a dog walker, and now she gets to WFH while living the dream of professional pet cuddler 😎 (aka Floof Sitter 😆)

Here’s a little peek inside her sitter experience:

1️⃣ What’s your favorite pet sitting story?
“I love seeing pets grow in their training. My favorite thing is when hyper, bouncy dogs who used to jump all over me start doing the little “baby hops” instead. You can see how excited they are, but they’re trying so hard to contain it. It’s rewarding to see their progress and be part of that growth. 🥰”

2️⃣ Do you currently have pets? Tell us about them!
“I have a cat named Pico de Gato, or Pico for short. He’s a brown tabby who is shy but a mama’s boy who cannot resist nap time cuddles.”

3️⃣ Why do you pet sit?
“I love being the “fun aunt” to pets. I’m not ready for the full-time responsibility of a dog, but I love getting to give them attention, play, and care when their humans are away. It feels like the best of both worlds.”

4️⃣ What are your go-to fun activities when you’re not pet sitting?
“When I’m not pet sitting, you’ll usually find me paddle boarding, trying new restaurants around Austin, traveling, reading, or spending a night out dancing.”

And this month, it’s all about weight class— courtesy of our biggest and smallest floofs 🏋🏻‍♀️

In this cornerrrr 🔈💥we have Olaf 💪🏼— the biggest, fluffiest guy on the block. Rumors are he was hardened by years in an air conditioned shelter ⛓️‍💥😳 So don’t be fooled by that sweet, silly grin— he knows how to throw paws!

It’s 2021 and Ceilidh just finished her 40 hour work week: mentally drained, uninspired and unsatisfied with what her life looked like. So she quit her full-time animation job to pursue a dream that would align with her goals and ignite her passion for pets: Floof Club.

Through hard work, growth, and intentional rest, Ceilidh not only discovered what she truly wanted from life, but built a thriving, community-centered small business along the way.

🏠️Our sitters set up your home as their "base," and aren't away for longer than you feel comfortable with your floofs being alone. This ensures they are readily available for feedings, treats, walks, and allllll the snuggle and play time in between. ⁠
⏰️Our typical check-in (5pm) & check-out (11am) times can be adjusted to better suit your needs, but are based around the average Floof's feeding schedule. This allows the sitter enough time to finish off your pet's night/morning routines and clean up before heading out!⁠
🌟In 2024, we had 587 overnights! While other petsitting services might have owners book both an overnight AND a drop in during the day, our flexible service helps to minimize the amount of bookings and scheduling specifications (so you can spend more brain space on your vacay or work trip!)⁠
🐶Overnights can especially help floofs that might get anxious in daycares, kennels, or around other animals. While floofs are always sad to see their owners go, staying in a familiar place with their family's scents helps them adjust to their own mini-vacation! Our sitters always aim to maintain your pet's normal routine and environment, with an extra dose of love and attention 💞
