"This has been a lifesaver! Oakley did not like the plastic cone! I had anticipated this, so I already had the Lick Sleeve ready to go! After her TPLO surgery last week, she can wear the sleeve all day and night. It’s easy for her to sleep in, stays in place really well during movement, and the fabric is sturdy but soft. It’s not compression, with a looser fit over the incision, which is good for healing. It tapers down at the ankle. All dogs are different, but she has not tried to lick her incision thus far. "My dog recently had his 2nd TPLO and meniscus surgery, and we were dreading the recovery process again - mostly because we knew keeping him from licking or chewing the incision would be a full-time job. I only have it go under then buckle it & excess is tied up so it stays on.

It has been a god sent product. Bernie does not mind it, the way it's arranged does not get wet when peeing, but most important it keeps him from licking area.
