Simcoe filled a lot of rolls. He was a best friend, a travel buddy, an emotional support dog to the ABGB crew, Director of Brewing Operations, a constant source of joy and a shoulder to cry on....I'll never not miss you, Simmy.⁣

6 years ago today, we brought baby Simcoe home. I remember riding in the backseat with him on my lap. He showed us early on that he was gonna love road trips.

I cried a lot today.

You're missed every hour of every day. For your birthday in dog heaven, I imagine my mom and Mark have planned a celebration on the most beautiful beach. In attendance would be all the other good boys and girls that have crossed the bridge. ⁣

I imagine that whipped cream is flowing freely and there are so many tomatoes, you don't know which one to eat first. ⁣

Simcoe met a really great friend on Saturday at Sweet Barks: An Austin Pets Alive! Benefit. This young boy and Simcoe ran around together a good portion of the day and eventually ended up in the kissing booth together. I'm constantly in awe of how amazing this dog is. Look at him!
