Zander—You are such an important piece to our crazy Pups & Pals puzzle! In fact, I’d venture to say you were our missing piece! You bring a certain special ✨ magic ✨ sparkle ✨ that words simply can’t describe! Over the last two years you’ve been promoted to Front Desk, then Shift Lead, and then recently, Assistant Manager! You have always had natural leadership skills, which earned you these promotions, but it has been so wonderful to watch your skills blossom astronomically over the last 8 months as you’ve stepped into your new role as a manager!
Thank you for your dedication to the pups at Pups & Pals. Thank you for always showing them so much love and compassion, and for putting their needs first and foremost at the top of your mind in every decision you make at our facility! You are someone who our pet parents can entrust with the care of their precious fur babies.

We opened the first location of Pups & Pals in November, 2016 on South 1st Street in Austin, Tx. It was our dream to own a business doing what we love--taking care of the best pups in Austin, Tx! We see doggy day care not as a WANT, but as a NEED. Dogs need socialization, mental stimulation, and exercise! They are one of the few species of animals that desire social contact with their own kind--and they need it to THRIVE! We offer a safe, structured and supervised place for dogs to come run free and play with their best pals! We offer a home away from home for pups to stay overnight when vacations or business trips call pet owners out of town. Because of our genuine compassion for dogs, impeccable standard of cleanliness, and dedication to providing a fun, enriching, and safe place for dogs to thrive, we have been awarded numerous awards and recognition in the dog day care industry. We have been named in the Top 8 Best Dog Daycares in Austin (Out of 200+) for 2017 and 2018. We have won the “People Love Us on Yelp” award for 2017 and 2018 for all positive reviews on Yelp.
