✨ 15 Years in Austin! ✨

I’ve officially been calling Austin home for 15 years, and it couldn’t be more meaningful. When I moved here back in 2009 on a whim, I thought I’d only stay for six months. Little did I know that Austin would become the backdrop for the life of my dreams: building a career that lets me live my passion every day, living on a beautiful property surrounded by nature, and finding love with my amazing husband—all with a pack of happy dogs by my side!

Austin, you’ve changed my life in the best ways, and I’m beyond grateful to be here, doing what I love in a place I love. Here’s to many more years of hikes, wagging tails, and new adventures!

What a dream come true! I’ve wanted to take my dogs to Colorado to play in real snow ever since they were puppies. It took me 10 years, but we did it! We missed Elmer so much, but he doesn’t like car rides so we knew it was best for Auntie Leah and Kacey to stay with him.

To all my amazing clients, these four girls want to give you a huge THANK YOU for allowing us to leave on vacation for two weeks. I am so thankful that you all trust me hire an amazing staff, that can keep things going while I step out.

With that being said, I am so incredibly thankful for my team! My business was able to run like normal without me being there. Not only did it run smoothly, I was so confident in my team, I was actually able to relax and enjoy myself. This has been a huge game changer, and I’m furever grateful 💜🐾

The dog bus made a little ripple on Reddit!!!

A few months ago, a lady asked if she could take a pic of the dog bus. Apparently she sent the pic to her friend, and her friend made a post about it on Reddit. If you want a good laugh, the comments are pretty hysterical!!!

Meet the Pack Monday!

Welcome to the Adventures Days Pack Kathleen!

One day after I hired Aerianne, she mentioned that her mom had many years of driving buses. A lightbulb went off, and I knew I had to hire her. Before hiring Kathleen, I knew it would be hard trying to find someone that could drive the bus, but also understand the dog handling aspect of the position. After I met her for the interview, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. She was perfect. This has been a huge step for me and the business.

When Kathleen is not working, she enjoys her time being outside. If she’s not on the river, she’s hanging with her own dogs, or gardening.

Happy 8th Birthday to Kaia, our third dog to become a senior. I’m so proud of this girl, and all the obstacles she faced this past year.

Kaia had two big surgery’s, and I just want to give a huge shout out and thank you for loving on all of our girls.

For the past 5 years, Kaia was having re**al issues. We went to three different vet clinics, and none could give me an answer. I heard about through a client, so decided to give them a try. After a very thorough consultation, we discovered Kaia had a re**al polyp. We came up with a treatment plan, and agreed removing the polyp was the best solution. It’s been one year now, and we are so happy with Kaia’s results.

Kaias second surgery was for her CCL, resulting in TPLO surgery. The recovery process is long and stressful, but she got through it. It was a little easier with Kaia, as our other dog Rhylee just had it due to my car accident. Huge thank you to Dr. Might for getting our girl back to new. She is back to running wild and splashing in the water.

The bus turned one!!!!

What an amazing and wild year it’s been. Out of such a horrible accident, came such positive light. The bus has been a huge game changer on so many levels.

Not only is it my favorite vehicle to drive, I can go about my day with ease knowing the dogs are safe. I’m so honored that y’all allow me to take your dogs, and chauffeur them around Austin.

I have seen a countless amount of people crack up as they pass us driving. People videotape us as we are stoped at intersections. People have stopped me at gas stations asking me what the heck I do. It’s so ridiculous, and it brings me so much joy.

Huge thank you to my wonderful husband for doing research, and finding this bad boy.
