Happy New Year, 2025! 🎉
I wanted to start this year by reflecting on how far I’ve come—and these photos mean so much to me.
The first picture is from October 2, 2015, of my very first grooming client in my home. At the time, I was living in a 3-bedroom duplex with 4-5 roommates. I didn’t have proper equipment yet—just an old wicker table and plastic sheets from Home Depot to keep hair off my bed. But I was so determined to get my business going.
The second set of photos shows when I upgraded to a cheap grooming table and dryer—I thought I was so fancy! It also gives a glimpse of the room I groomed out of. Looking back, it wasn’t much, but it felt like everything to me at the time.
These pictures remind me that big dreams often start small—with whatever you have and a whole lot of heart. I’m so proud of those early days and so grateful for this journey.
Here’s to 2025—dream big, start small, and never give up!
P.S. – The pups in the pictures werent fully groomed yet, I promise I’m pretty good at what I do😅

The Dawdlers are our beloved pups who can’t tackle the full hike but still deserve every opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors. Whether it’s leisurely exploring the front yard, taking in all the sniffs, or simply soaking up the fresh air, Dawdlers get their own special adventures tailored just for them!
Sometimes they go for a swim, or they might just mosey around, enjoying the space at their own pace. These might be senior dogs with arthritis, smaller pups who can’t handle long distances, or breeds like Frenchies and English Bulldogs who need to take it easy due to breathing issues.
No matter their pace, every dog deserves to experience nature and have fun in their own way! 🐶💚
