Wholesome Animal Grocery store is collecting donations to be sent to North Carolina & Florida! We are accepting donations of all kinds, dog food, cat food, live stock feed, clothing, water, toiletries etc.
They will be sent down this Sunday. Drop off any time during 10-6 Monday- Friday.
We are right behind whole foods in Avon.

Otto comes in to visit us almost every week!

He loves to pick out new training treats and is learning how to get a bath!

Otto has had digestive upsets from being recently rescued, puppies will have good days and bad days with digestive upsets so we are watching him and supplementing as needed!

Our newest WAGS pup is Finn. He is an eight week old Scotch Collie who came in this morning for a harness fitting and some dry roasted duck feet . Finn will be switching to a raw diet very soon and left with some OC Raw samples. Finn also got a little socialization with Frankie. We look forward to seeing Finn again soon.

Kane is a three month old Pit who came in to meet us back in August looking for nutritional advice. He settled on OC Raw frozen patties and supplements with Blue Ridge Beef frozen varieties. Kane loves it all. He is also using Wondercide sprays and Earth Animal Herbal Flea & Tick collar for natural flea & tick control. Absolutely handsome guy and wonderfully behaved.

Meet Jax, a ten year old, Old English Bulldog. Jax had been struggling with ear infections and skin infection issues for many years. Wholesome Animal Grocery Store (WAGS) recommended better food than what his veterinarian had him on. We started Jax on OC Raw Beef Patties and he saw immediate improvement. After a short time, we switched him to Farmina North America Pumpkin Lamb. It has now been seven months of clear skin and healthy ears for Jax. He never really had an allergy, just too many carbohydrates. He is one happy dog!

Hobie wants a better diet and came into Wholesome Animal Grocery Store (WAGS) to learn about raw. He sampled several proteins and seemed to like them all, however when he got home, he wouldn't eat it. Hobie's owner tried several things we suggested, but just wouldn't eat it. WAGS happily refunded Hobie's money, but suugested he try Open Farm gently cooked foods. Hobie willingly ate those, so we sent him home with four different proteins. He has been eating those well for several days and now are beginning to mix in OC Raw chicken and beef sliders to convert him to fully raw. We are looking forward to successfully getting Hobie to a fully raw diet. Here is Hobie enjoying an Earth Animal No Hide chew. Beautiful lab!

Meet Finley, a thirteen week old Labrador Retriever. He came in to meet us this weekend. Finley had his first Bravo Pet Foods dry roasted duck foot and picked up a couple of bags of BIXBI Pocket trainers. Finley is extremely lucky to have been adopted by one of Wholesome Animal Grocery Store (WAGS) very special customers. Another very handsome pup!

Welcome Brewster!!! Brewster is a nine week old Golden Retriever who came in for his first WAGS visit. Brewster enjoyed his first Bravo Pet Foods dry roasted duck foot and a little playtime with Frankie and Mac. He also went home with a bag of OC Raw Freeze Dried Beef nibs and a Tall Tails Crab toy. We are all thrilled to have Brewster become a member of the Wholesome Animal Grocery Store (WAGS) family. Handsome little fella!
