She's starting to feel more comfortable with me ❤️
My personal dog Fu is really starting to get this flyball thing. We've been working on his box turn almost a year now if not a year and it's finally clicking. Now it's piecing it all together.
Flyball is a super fun game that looks simple, but it's really not. Dogs must run down over 4 low jumps at full speed, grab a triggered ball that Flys at their face when they hit the box, turn around on the box, and then go as fast as they can back over those 4 jumps while carrying that ball all the way past the finish line. This is all while other dogs on their team are running and barking and dogs in the other lane are racing them, running and barking. It's what we like to call controlled chaos because it is quite chaotic.
Bright was really excited about the nice weather today and that I just cut the grass. He absolutely loves the yard.
Libby and Krennic working out their crazy earlier this morning.
I know Libby and Krennic quite well and they love their food. They even run flyball for treats! So they each got a bag of barkbox treats to take home with them and they were pretty excited about it.
Groot can't have treats due to his allergies, but he's allowed to have toys!!! Since he's a bully breed only supervised toy play of course to be safe. He got to pick out a toy from the barkbox stash today. I'll have super chewer toys coming soon too. All the dogs that stay here now get to go home with toys or a bag of treats. It gives them something exciting to do while they're here because new toys and treats are always fun. Not going to lie, I also enjoy watching them get excited and spoiling them a bit while they're here.

We are close to the city, but we have our own little part of nature here at JK9. I hear so many times that dogs don't even have a yard to play in. Well, we have a fenced in yard with regular wildlife visitors. Here's a momma deer with her baby that came down to say hello.
Bright got to pick another toy from the toy drawer! He got one the last time he was here too so he understood the assignment this time pretty quickly.
