There is a small dog in the park all alone. He was on the outside of the park but got in somehow. Attempted to get ahold of him but was unable.

The services for Heather Halka, wife of Daniel Puskarich will both take place on Friday July 15, 2022.

The interment of her cremains will take place at The National Cemetery of Bakersfield.
12 noon - Arrive.
12:30p - a short service.
1p - Leave.
(Directions can be found on Mapquest).

The Celebration of Life will take place at Hodel's in the Kern Room from 2-5. We will have eulogies, remembrances & food.

This is so disappointing to me. Not sure what it all means but pay close attention to your dogs while in the park. Make sure you clean up after your pet and don’t let them eat anything from the park. We are used to graffiti and tagging at the park, but this seems to be a bit more malevolent. Sad day for our park. 😞

Hey all!! If you visit this park, we ask that you please pick up after your dogs! 💩 and try not to take bags home as the city does not replace bags like they should. Tie unused bags to the fences! And if you’re going to be walking around anyway, consider picking up some trash as you go! Let’s keep our park clean, safe and beautiful for all to enjoy!! ❤️
