Just sharing cuteness. Baby boy already has a mama. 💕
Baby girl kept pulling out her mama’s topknot. Mama is playing with the baby to tire her out so that mama can get back to her nap. Notice how she uses her body to block the baby from grabbing at her hair. Mamas will often discipline through play, but most mamas will also cuff a rambunctious toddler to bring them into line. It helps the baby learn to be an obedient pack member. Puppies taken too early from their mamas never learn valuable lessons like bite inhibition.
Baby boy got his first topknot today. Let’s just say the experience left him underwhelmed. He is still charting to be 2 ¾ pounds when he is a fully grown adult.

The puppies want out. Tayoria has learned if she lays against the puppy pen, they will give her a nice back rub. 😂
